- HMHoward MorrisonAug 8, 20261.0Do NOT park here for events at the Prudential Center. Most places you scan your app when you get there, you have the event, then you leave. We sat in our car for AN HOUR trying to get out. They had ONE exit lane open and everyone had to scan their apps to get out again?! Makes no sense. I could’ve walked over two miles to a deck further away and still gotten out quicker. You couldn’t pay me to go back here. Terrible experience.
- EMEdward McAndrewMar 1, 20261.0Event parking! Avoid at all cost... Park further and walk... This place will have you waiting 1 hour to get out and then the gate won't work even when you paided already.. Don't worry the manager is just sitting there doing nothing to facilitate making sure everyone is good to go..
- DDDanMar 21, 20251.0DO NOT PARK HERE FOR EVENTS. Run like absolute trash. A hundred cars lined up all trying to make the same exit and scan their ticket to leave. After 45 minutes of waiting it's my turn to exit and it won't read my ticket. Attendant says I didn't pay. Show them the $35 receipt I got from paying, show them the $35 cc charge notification on my phone. Dude tells me to "back up and go pay." Back up? There's a hundred cars lined up behind me bumper to bumper trying to leave. I could have parked in Harrison and walked and I would have gotten home faster. Run like an absolute disaster. Wish I could give them less than 1 star. Don't ever use this place for Prudential Center events.
- SRsalvatore RuggieroMar 24, 20221.0Terrible service ..the worst parking lot I have parked in..the staff had no idea how to get the cars out of the lot I was stuck in the lot for over 1 hour..very rude and poor management..it took me longer to get out of the lot then the actual show was that I seen in the Prudential Center..They should give back a refund was definitely not worth the money.
