  We have had the pleasure of renting here twice for my husband and I, and 1 time for my brother in law. Every experience has been great. My brother in law needed a truck to travel cross country, at first he was told they didn’t have anything that he didn’t have to return but after a few hrs they were able to accommodate him and his family quickly, we were so grateful for all the help because it was an emergency situation. The times my husband and I rented was because we had our car in the shop, we have worked with Alex (both times) and he was always so professional and friendly. They worked closely with our insurance company, whenever we needed an extension they were able to grant it for us. Hopefully we don’t need to have work done on our car again but we would definitely use them again.

  For a week I was able to experience life with a Mercedes Benz at a reasonable price. The staff at the McCarter Highway location were professional and friendly.

  My contract was changed, was.provided with a vehicle that had low tire indicators on and the vehicle was filthy and the sales reps had terrible communications skills made me pay at belleville and.picked up vehicle at Lyndhurst w ith terrible return instructions and was provide with half tank in vehicle when the rental was supposed to be full which I returned in better condition that I received it. Very bad customer service I don't feel the reps understand Enterprise policies I would request a full refund for this rental.

  No recomiendo que renten carros aquí hay cargos escondidos, el sistema siempre está down, por rentar un carro por un día me cobraron más de 400 dólares, solo por devolverlo en otra ciudad, antes de devolverlo llamé al 1800 para reportar que lo devolvería en un lugar diferente

  Polite, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Vehicle in great condition. Would recommend to others and would return myself should the need to rent a vehicle arise again.
