  Horrible experience. The car felt unsafe it started shaking really bad on highway drives. I notified enterprise over 4 times about the condition of the vehicle and how it felt unsafe and the location kept saying they would switch the car out only to tell me they didn't have any other cars. Called the main enterprise customer service number and a ticket was supposedly opened but still no resolve. I had to drive to Delaware from NJ in a vehicle that felt unsafe. Then on top of all of that they charged me a refueling charge. If I can help it I would not be renting from enterprise again.

  Missed my time to pickup by a couple hours despite the fact I’d previously confirmed I was coming to get the vehicle, then was rudely told they were canceling my reservation and charging me double if I wanted a new one since they gave away my car. Not to mention that I was assured by another enterprise employee that they should have it and when I called to confirm… they didn’t. Caused a lot of headache and ruined our birthday plans.

  They still owe me money. Be careful at this location Money I have a receipt that I am to receive due to a faulty vehicle.. I am still waiting for this money to be returned to me I have spoken to multiple employees who work at this location and yet I am still waiting for this resolution. This is absolutely asinine that I have to go to these lengths to actually post this kind of review. I was very understanding when I was given a faulty vehicle, where I could have gotten into a horrible accident, or somebody could have been harmed. However to be waiting this long to receive money that I was told would be giving back to me and/ or a response to that situation is absolutely ridiculous. The fact that I have contacted Enterprise customer service multiple times, and they have told me they have escalated the situation to this branch. Yet it has not been resolved. I am telling you right now be careful at this location. I have been with Enterprise for years, I have never had no issues renting at the multiple locations that are in Newark. However, I also have never had a situation with a vehicle in this manner. The fact that no one is trying to resolve this for me, the fact that I have provided multiple pieces of evidence showing that I did not receive this money that was supposedly sent to me. I was told their system may have canceled one payment out. An error and the branch mgr would get back to me ..that was over 2 weeks ago . And it still has not been resolved. I am so shocked at their negligence. However , I will get my money , I am just going to have to escalate this with legalities. At this point , this is what is going to have to occur, I have every receipt and have all the evidence to take this to ligation. The extreme faulty car I was given is SHOCKING.. YET I know mistakes can happen. However this branch mgr, Abdul is not professional. Two employees there told me that they would rely this information to him and I believe they did so . He is the mgr of this branch so It is his responsibility to resolve this situation and he has not. As I said, be careful renting there. To answer your question . Y'all have all the details and nothing happens. That Includes your 800 number as well. I have escalated this situation three times ... What it took just for me to even make sure this car got towed away was ridiculous.. The amount of inconsistent information that is given to people when you call the 800 number for Enterprise is astounding...if y'all really cared about customer service this would have been resolved long ago!!!! This incident occured in MAY .. and I still have not gotten a call from that branch. Radio silence. But once there is a bad review , now all of sudden there is contact.

  I needed a truck for 12 days. Pick up and drop off near Newark Airport. Unfortunately renting a pick up from the airport comes with a premium price, thankfully I checked at this location and there was price drop of almost 400 dollars for my rental. Staff at this location were courteous, and professional. At drop off Maria was very kind and made it easy for me turn in the keys.
