  Rented a 7 PASSENGER VAN for 12 days, and they gave me a small little SUV that seats 5 , not even 5 grown himans

  This was my first time using Enterprise, and a very spur of the moment decision. A friend who uses Enterprise recommend them as convenient and easy to deal with for the Newark area. He was correct, start to finish was just that easy! Definitely will be back next time I’m in need of a rental car!

  Jay the Assistant Manager was extremely helpful!! I had to rent a car last minute and had some issues with the vehicle. I let her know what problems were and she took care of everything right away! I will definitely be using this location again

  Needed a rental while my truck was at a collision shop, Enterprise dropped my rental off at the shop, and I was allowed to return it to the shop once my repairs were made. Very convenient and awesome customer service from Enterprise. Would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

  Pathetic ! Unbelievable ! Folks working here don’t help . They give me a car 2 levels down from what I reserved and the say this is what we have. They don’t try to help me or try to arrange for a car. I am Enterprise customer since 12 years and this is how loyalty gets treated. NEVER COMING BACK to this location .
