  This conveniently located Enterprise is compact and convenient. Just a few steps away from the train station, you can save some major money by renting here rather than the airport. Quick service from the team meant that I was in and out in a jiffy.

  Overall, very disappointed with this facility. I waited almost 20 minutes in an empty office (no signage saying where they were) before someone came into to review my reservation. Then I was told they gave away my car because I was (less than an hour) late and I didn't answer their calls, and I was given a very much downgraded vehicle. Being a facility at a train station, you would think there was leeway with a reservation that I confirmed through the app already. They were extremely rude and I also was given no direction on how to return the car even when I explained it would be before opening hours. I was just told I was going to be charged regardless of the time I dropped the car off that day. I had to ask the Penn Station garage assistant how I return the car. Lastly, I dropped the car off 5 days ago and still have not received my final invoice despite calling the local facility (which no one ever answers) and using Enterprise chat and calling.

  Update: Rented once more and this one went much better. Cleaner car and got what I reserved. Hope the previous experience was one off. Had a reservation for a compact SUV. When I arrived, only two cars were available. One was too large for our needs, other was a sedan. Clearly, they don't care about your reservations. The car itself was in a quite bad shape. Gas tank only halfway full, carplay did not work, car was not well cleaned and smelt smokey and had some bumps on it. The only reason I would go to this place is for convenience for a day trip for business needs. If you want to rent for longer, you're better off going to other locations. Location was also understaffed and I had to wait quite long for the one working employee to get me my car, although he was polite and tried to get things done as quick as possible.

  My experience with the Staff at this location was AWESOME. Brian, Raymond & Omar were extremely helpful, considerate, friendly & professional. This location is easily accessible to all forms of Public Transportation. Definitely recommends this location if you are in the area.
