  Having used Enterprise Rent-A-Car before, I went with them again for my stay in NJ. I was not disappointed by the choice and want to show the utmost gratitude to Travis, the representative who took care of me and my family after 14 hours of traveling. The pickup process was so smooth; you just check in online and head straight to the garage to show your details, and the rep shows you which vehicles are available to you. It took longer to load my bags into the car than it did to process the pickup. After traveling for thousands of miles, the last thing you want is to have any issues getting to your final destination. Thanks to Travis's great customer service, I've accumulated enough good experiences with Enterprise to consider them my first choice for rental vehicles in the future.

  Great customer service no waiting very professional they always put me in the best vehicle's and when I had to upgrade one day on my rental the made sure I got a good rate, enterprise is the best.

  I’ve rented from this location twice now and it’s been a great experience both times. I was offered a whole fleet of cars to choose from, many of which are very new. The employees are awesome, and if you check in beforehand online it’s a very seamless experience. This location also feels brand new with clean bathrooms and a nice garage.

  I can’t say enough about how great Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been overall. I’ve been renting with them for nearly three years, and while I’ve only used the EWR location a couple of times before, this experience really stood out. I made an error when booking online and didn’t realize it until hours after picking up the car. I reached out and was upfront about the mistake, and their team handled it with professionalism and understanding, making a stressful situation much easier to resolve. The level of flexibility and customer care I experienced is exactly why I’ll continue booking with them and confidently recommend them to anyone in need of a rental.

  Yo, straight up — gotta give credit where it’s due. We dropped off our rental at Newark Liberty Airport with Enterprise, and let’s just say… the situation wasn’t exactly smooth at first. We had changed our return location, so naturally there was supposed to be some kind of fee. Fine, fair enough. But trying to figure out how much? Total chaos. Phone calls, emails — every time we asked, we got a different number. Not exactly confidence-inspiring. But then came Cherloune. She stepped in and handled things like a pro. Super calm, super friendly, and actually listened — which, let’s be honest, is rare these days. She sorted through the mess, cleared up the confusion, and made sure everything was handled properly. No attitude, no runaround — just real, solid customer service. And here’s the kicker: the final fee ended up being way lower than what we’d been told before. Huge relief. So yeah — the process had its bumps, but Cherloune turned the whole experience around. If Enterprise had more people like her, things would run a whole lot smoother. Respect where respect is due.
