  Superb service! They had me checked in and out the door in 5 minutes. I was very impressed! The staff was pleasant, helpful, and had the smoothest, quickest process to get me into the car and on the road. Truly impressive work. Thanks Enterprise!

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were turned away because we didn’t have a flight, yet nowhere during the reservation process or on the website was it made clear that a flight was required to rent a vehicle. If that’s your policy, it should be clearly disclosed before customers waste their time and money making a reservation. I’ve rented cars countless times while traveling and have never experienced anything like this. To make matters even worse, the employee was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and my friends. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no effort to help us find a solution. This completely ruined our trip and caused unnecessary stress over a policy that was never properly communicated. I will never rent from Enterprise again and would not recommend this location to anyone. Do better.

  I want to thank Reagan for being able to help me with getting a proper payment option set up after I was having difficulty with paying. She put up with my nonsense, as it took nearly an hour for me to get all my ducks in a row. I’ve used the services at enterprise Newark several times now and each time all of the employees have shown class and respect. My only complaint is that it is difficult to rent on-way trips, but that is primarily due to the local fleet/franchisee model and not this site’s fault. Excellent service and always a pleasure to interact with the folks here!

  Visiting from NC and rented from Enterprise at the EWR airport, Khaled and Teddy were wonderful to work with. The experience was quick and seamless and the people were great to deal with. Excellent experience especially for a crowded holiday weekend

  I was\nTold I was getting a free upgrade because I was going to my dad's funeral and the guy was being really cool. Turns out they charge me a $140 more than what I was quoted. I had the car for less time than my original quote, actually, a magnitude of days less time, I the first time I rented the vehicle, it was supposed to be until the first I went back and changed it and they didn't change any other prices, they just kept it at the same amount as it would have cost me to rent it to the first what a pure and utter. Crap, you business, I will never do business without a project.You can when you tell somebody you're upgrading them , that generally means you're doing it for free , you're not doing it and then charging them had I known you were gonna charge me , I would have denied the upgrade...
