  I rented an SUV from the EWR Enterprise location in early August, paid extra for an upgrade. Eventually an hour after driving the car it broke down… I called the helpline and they mentioned I couldn’t leave the car till the tow truck came. I rented the car at 11am, the car broke down around 12pm and it didn’t get towed till 7pm. I missed the wedding I was supposed to go to. The location called me and promised me a coupon for a free ride and I never even got that.

  Great experience with Enterprise recently at the Newark NJ airport. The check in and return processes were super easy and the car was in great shape. We had an issue with the Apple Car Play on our vehicle and when I reported it to Eric upon returning, he took care of us and made it right. Super professional and courteous! Thanks Eric! That's how you keep customers coming back when you are taken care of in that manner!

  I can’t say enough good things about Dante at the Enterprise Rental desk at Newark Airport. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. We were traveling home the Monday after the 4th of July with a 7:30 PM flight to Palm Beach, Florida. Just 90 minutes before takeoff, JetBlue canceled our flight. There were six of us traveling together—my wife and me, our two daughters, ages 4 and 5, and my parents. JetBlue couldn’t get us on another flight until Thursday, and the thought of spending another 2–3 nights in a hotel with two exhausted young kids, while also having jobs and responsibilities to get home to, was a nightmare. We went to Enterprise hoping to rent a car and drive home, but initially there were no one-way rentals available. That’s when Dante stepped in. He went above and beyond, worked through the situation, and somehow found a way to get us a one-way rental back to Florida. Dante legitimately saved the day for our family. After an incredibly stressful flight cancellation, his willingness to help completely changed the situation for us. Instead of being stranded in New Jersey for several more days, we were able to load everyone up and start making our way home. Dante was professional, compassionate, resourceful, and genuinely cared about helping us. Customer service like this is rare, and Enterprise is incredibly lucky to have him representing their company. Thank you again, Dante. Our entire family truly appreciates what you did for us.

  With all due respect, but the staff in the reception desk answering the calls are very, very disrespectful. Does no matter if the client is right, they are focus in the money, they assume, lie, their hide information the client is supposed to know to see if the client is agree. Also, in the agreement is required to sign two times and he told me that those no matter about the other, that he will take care of it due to the machine already process the information. I requested him to do it again he gave me another excuse. Okay I trusted on his word that he will take care of it. Besides all the weird charges appeared on the agreement, also appeared something that I did not sign. I made a claim to my bank and the bank told me the same thing that I signed. For a card rent of 4 days they charged me 934.19. The entered a lot of illegal charges. I have contact them several times and they don’t care, they are most interested in compete who makes more money, and i don’t think the owners know what is going on.
