Outstanding customer service and a great experience every time! I walked into AutoZone earlier today and was immediately greeted by two employees at the counter who both said hello and asked how they could help. I explained that my headlight was out and that I needed to replace the bulb. I was told, “Matt is the pro,” and they were absolutely right! Matt came outside with me, took a look at my car, and had the bulb replaced in less than 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. This is not my first—or only—experience at this AutoZone, and I can honestly say the customer service here is above and beyond. Everyone is consistently helpful and welcoming, and it’s always a pleasure to give them my business. Thank you to Matt and the entire team for making what could have been a frustrating situation so easy and pleasant. You guys are the best!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at AutoZone. The woman who helped me kept speaking to me in Spanish even though I responded in English multiple times. I never asked to be served in Spanish, and it was frustrating that she didn't switch to English after I made it clear that's the language I was using. As a customer, I expect clear communication in English, especially after I've indicated that's my preference. The interaction felt unprofessional, and I left feeling ignored and disrespected. Customer service should focus on communicating in the language the customer is using whenever possible. I hope management addresses this so other customers don't have the same experience.
