  After 2 days traveling 4 flights totalling nearly 23 hrs ...Got to the Newark desk (not my favorite airport) and yet Kiana was a breath of fresh air from the 1st minute, polite, profesional, straight to the point, detailing everything and making recommendations even trying to lighten up my exhaustion levels with humor. People like that is what keeps u guys leading the pack, dont lose it keep up the good work

  Haben unseren Wagen unkompliziert abholen können ohne das irgendwas zusätzlich verkauft wurde, hatte allerdings schon das Gold Paket gebucht. 400$ Kaution wurden noch hinterlegt. Es war alles gut ausgeschildert und man hat sich gut zurecht gefunden am Flughafen.

  Outstanding customer service — thank you, Kim and Leesha! I accidentally left my cell phone in the rental car when I returned the vehicle. I didn’t realize it until about 40 minutes later, and I was so worried that it might be gone for good. When I came back, Kim Sileski and Leesha Pryor were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They immediately took the time to help me look for the car, even though I had already left the rental area. They went above and beyond to locate the vehicle — and thankfully, they found my phone! I’m truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. They could have simply told me to contact the rental company, but instead they personally helped me and made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. Thank you so much, Kim and Leesha, for your outstanding service and for being so genuinely caring and helpful. You are wonderful representatives of your company! I would absolutely recommend this location because of employees like you. ❤️

  I always select Alamo at EWR Newark Airport, even at times where it was a little more $ than another rental co. Every service Rep is courteous and helpful. On my recent trip, the Front Desk Rep was so kind and knowledgeable. Another courteous Rep helped me move my belongings between vehicles to accommodate my usb charging needs. And upon returning the vehicle, the Alamo Rep was very kind to ensure I knew the correct directions to reach my flight terminal. Thank You Alamo!

  5/5 Stars — Exceptional Leadership and Service at Newark EWR Alamo! I recently rented from Alamo at Newark Airport, and the experience confirmed why they are a top choice for car rentals. The vehicle itself was in pristine, top-notch condition—clean, smooth-running, and extremely reliable for a long road trip. However, what truly made this trip stand out was the incredible service. After hitting heavy interstate traffic driving down from Niagara Falls, I arrived late to return the car and was fully expecting a frustrating situation. Instead, the manager on duty, Chad, completely turned the trip around. Chad was empathetic, professional, and incredibly efficient—he listened to what happened and handled the situation smoothly, taking all the stress off my shoulders. It is rare to see this level of genuine customer care, great fleet quality, and proactive leadership at an airport counter. Kudos to Alamo for empowering great managers like Chad and running a team that sets the benchmark for true customer hospitality!
