  Tonight I went to get some parts for my car and I needed some help, this guy name Craig was so rude with me and my boyfriend when we ask for help, he accidentally move a heavy box and hit my hand, I say ouch and he didn’t even apologize, then we need help with something else and he made a face when we ask for his help, thank God there was another guy who actually was pretty nice it was like totally the opposite of Craig, when we went back the register to pay, Craig was so nice to another customer then another customer came in and asked for his help and he was super nasty to him. I’m trying not to take it personal and I’m trying not to make it seem as his racist. But I don’t know how to see it or put it on words because he’s a black guy I’m Latina. He was so nasty to me and my boyfriend and the other customer that he was nice to was black and the other customer that came in and asked for his help he was from another country and he barely spoke English. The poor guy tried to put a translator on his phone and Graig Told him in a loud voice to get the phone out of his face when it wasn’t even close to his face at all, we left and wen we were in our car We remember we forgot something and when we came back.graig open the door Because they were about to close wen he saw us he got like very upset and he’s say you know what I’m done I’m leaving and he just left but the other nice guy was able to help us, but it was a very uncomfortable situation, my boyfriend and I felt very uncomfortable and feel very bad for the other guy too, but I just don’t understand why he was so nice to this other black guy. I’m trying not to see it as him being racist, but I don’t understand if he was having a bad day. Wouldn’t he be upset with everybody else not just certain people I hope we don’t have to come back to that place and I hope someone can take care of it because if another store was open at that time we would’ve left and not spent as much money as we had to spend night in this store because of his nasty attitude.

  I bought a remanufactured alternator, I simply asked them to test it before I bought it. To avoid buying a dead alternator. The manager with Mohawk fade haircut refused to do it. He said he didn’t need to because it was brand new. It is not brand new it’s remanufactured big difference. I spent 200 dollars for horrible service.

  I called ahead around 4 PM on a Monday to ask if someone could help with my tail light bulbs. The nicest young man came out and helped me. I really appreciated it. Excellent customer service!
