  Went in for a nail in my tire. The person I'm assuming is the owner/boss had nothing but attitude towards me. He apologized, but regardless it left my feeling some type of way. My tire needed to be replaced, cost me $267. It was done within 45 minutes, so that was nice. And the other guy who did the fix, I think his name is Josh, he was really nice and got the work done pretty quick. From my initial experience I don't think I'd go back to get work done unless I needed it in a pinch.

  Called customer service was told pricing started at $57 for an oil change, asked how I get an exact out the door price and she said the store can provide that and I was transferred to My Holly location. Gave the year, make and model of my vehicle and was told $107. I arrived less than an hour later and was told $160, explained that I had just called and verified and they actually said “ we have no way of knowing how big your oil tank is” isn’t that your business? Isn’t that the point of giving all the vehicle specs? Def won’t be back! Beware, the shop was super slow and I believe he just told me whatever I wanted to hear to bring in business and then lied to the customer service rep and said he told me that was not the full price which was my only question. Since he didn’t actually price the vehicle and just threw a number at me, I am out extra money. Very unethical practices!

  I went to monro yesterday for my car. Bob, Josh and the other mechanic were friendly, patient and helped me to understand the problem. Good group of guys. FIRST IMPRESSIONS MEANS ALOT AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. THANKS GUYS.
