    Had a flat on a Saturday at 430 a ways from home. They were able to fix it and do so faster than they said. My one complaint is the number on Google goes to a call center, that's annoying, I was better off just going in person.

    Was told that the shake would be gone after replacing my tires shake was not gone. Did not disclose that they were adding a warranty charge onto the bill until after I paid the bill and got a receipt. Did I realize that it was on there? After getting an alignment car still pulls to the left did not pull the left before I went there. Where going to charge over 700 dollars to do rear brakes. Would not recommend.

    Manager refused me service after paying online for an oil change. When I showed him my receipt. He told me “it could be forged for all I know” followed with “we only do online payment for tires and breaks”. Which is false and he refused to hear me out so I called the online support number for car advise to clarify what went down. The representative told me that they infact shouldn’t have denied me service. Plus when I arrived the appointment time I agreed on was wrong as well. I schduled for 12:30 pm over the phone and when I arrived he also said they cant see me until 3pm. I’d recommend retraining your staff!.
