  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire in Lumberton, NJ. Brian, Jared and Max were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, got the work done efficiently, and treated me with respect. It’s refreshing to find a shop that provides great customer service and quality work. I would definitely recommend Mavis Tire in Lumberton to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service

  This place is terrible made a appointment to get 4 tires done a 10 am this morning went there and was told Three to four hour wait ...highly don't recommend this place place went down hill the last couple of years

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location, and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. On August 8, 2026, I brought my Genesis here and paid $720.25 for brakes and rotors. While my car was being worked on, I left and went home. Later, I received a call from the shop telling me that I also needed two back tires. When I returned to pick up my car, I paid a $25 deposit. I came back on Saturday, August 22, as instructed, to have the two back tires replaced. The price was $649.50, and I made the payment at the front desk. My key was handed back to me, and I went outside to inspect my car. When I looked at my tires, I noticed another bubble on one of my front tires. I went back inside and spoke with the employee who had taken my payment. He told me the damage was not caused by them. I asked him who or what caused it, and he said it could have happened if I drove into a pothole. I explained that I live about five minutes from the shop and did not hit any pothole on my way home. I also reminded him that I had been there the previous weekend. If the bubble had been there since my last visit, why didn't anyone notify me when they had called me about needing the two back tires? Instead of addressing my concern, he ignored me and suggested that maybe my tires were cheap. Within just two weeks, I spent a total of $1,369.75 at this location. I was also told they do not offer discounts on brakes and tires unless you purchase all four tires. On top of everything, I noticed dents on my car's ramps/areas around the tire from the work that was done. Today, August 23, 2026, I called the Cherry Hill location and found out that the same tires, brakes, and rotors for my car would cost less than what I was charged at this location. Because of this experience, I will be taking the 40-minute drive to Cherry Hill instead. I live right behind this shop, but after this experience, I will NOT be returning. Very disappointed with the pricing, the customer service, and the way my concerns were handled. I spent $1,369.75 in two weeks and expected much better service and professionalism. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THIS LOCATION. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.

  Do not trust that they will give you an accurate price, or overview of your car. I went in for a tire replacement, and yes, they fixed it in a timely manor. However, they called me to tell me that when the donut was put on my car, it stripped the lug bolt. HMMMM, curious since I put it on myself and was able to finger tighten until the end. How I stripped the bolt is unknown to me. Come to find out that they tell me due to this it will cost $400-$500 to replace the entire hub. Which is hilarious as you can replace the bolt nice and easy costing $3. But to make it even better! The bolt wasn't even stripped the very start of the bolt had a slight groove, which by the way wasn't there when I put on the donut. Must mean they damaged it while taking it off with their impact wrench. Either way, the bolt wasn't damaged enough to actually mean anything and I was able to just put on the lug myself. Extremely disappointed and will never go back to Mavis, or recommend their services.

  Visited Mavis Mount Holly on 8/4 because my psi level showed low on my dash. After placing my vehicle in the shop, I was initially told there was a nail wedged on the inner wall of the tire. I was told they would take off the wheel to further inspect. I then asked to see what they had mentioned. Initially I was told that would be fine. After waiting for some time, the front desk rep told me that the 'object' did not penetrate the tired to create air leakage. He also asked about the air I mentioned earlier that I attempted to add to the low reading tire. I told him I used a WAWA air pump. He proceeded to tell me that WAWA pumps are unreliable, and give incorrect readings on their air pressure machines. After about 30 minutes, they brought my car out and proceeded to tell me that the issue was that the low reading was for the incorrect tired because the sensors were misaligned. So while there was a low psi, it was showing for the incorrect tire. I did not appreciate the inconsistent feedback as I felt there was a level of deceit on the issue. I believed that had I not asked questions, I would have been sold an upcharge of items that were unnecessary. I do appreciate not being charged for the diagnosis and the correcting of the sensors. I implore that Mavis reps ALWAYS provide accurate and honest feedbacks and updates to their customers. This has not been my first experience with this Mavis and their lack of honesty, I only choose to report on this most recent encounter. I'm hesitant to return in the future, should I have an issue to address.
