  My daughter purchased a tire there. Within six weeks the tire had a bubble. The counter person was one of the rudest people that I have ever encountered. He could clearly use some people skills. He refused to do anything and basically said that it was my daughter‘s fault. My daughter drives like an old lady. She didn’t hit anything. Nothing happened. The tire was clearly defective. They offered us nothing. I would be very careful doing business with these people . They do not stand behind behind their product. They are rude and wanted to take advantage of a young kid. I told my daughter and her boyfriend that I understood their mistake but always go to Highway tire. They stand behind their product.

  Mavis Tire saved my day, and took such a weight off my shoulders. Thierry made me feel so comfortable and he took such great care of my services, explaining everything perfectly. I would recommend to everyone to come here.

  I can’t say enough good things about the team at Mavis Discount Tire, especially Thiery and Damien. I was driving on the NJ Turnpike on Mother’s Day Sunday when my tire suddenly started losing air rapidly. I stopped at a rest stop, filled it back up to 50 PSI, and within less than a mile it had already dropped to 32 PSI. I was panicking. I got off at the next exit searching for any tire shop that might actually be open on a Sunday holiday. I called Mavis, and Thiery quickly figured out they had the tire I needed, even though they were closing in 45 minutes. Unfortunately, I accidentally drove to the wrong location — 20 minutes away. When I called back, Thiery honestly told me it probably wouldn’t happen because I wouldn’t arrive until about 10 minutes before closing. I pleaded with him because I still had to get back home to Maryland, and he and his crew stayed late to help me anyway. Damien stayed behind and put the tire on, getting me safely back on the road when they absolutely didn’t have to. Exceptional customer service, kindness, and professionalism. I’m incredibly grateful to Thiery, Damien, and the whole team for going above and beyond — especially on a Sunday and Mother’s Day no less. Thank you again!

  I went to Mavis Tire on Rt. 38 in Lumberton, NJ to have a simple Tire Plug from running over a Nail/Screw & Not Only was this done fairly quickly but, Thierry at the desk was Amazing!! He was very Down to Earth yet, Very Professional. Thierry carried on conversation with Myself, My Boyfriend as well as another Woman who was waiting too. We talked so freely about each of us going through the same exact life situations which really made our wait worth while. The Mechanic that worked on our car check Everything which made us feel so much better & ensured that All was well. I Will be a returning customer due to that visit & due to how great Thierry was to us! Thank you for your Work, Your Professionalism & Your Human Touch toward Everyone even on the phone.
