After a horrible experience at the bordentown location the regional manager Cody had me come to the mt holly location. The store manager Steve and his techs were amazing he got me in and out quickly. I had a great experience at this location. I worked with Steve, and he provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was able to get me in and out quickly, which was important because I was on a tight schedule.
Since I couldn’t wait for the tire, I had someone else come back to pick it up, and the staff even helped her load it into the trunk. That level of professionalism and customer care really stood out.
The entire office staff was friendly, welcoming, and family-oriented. The tire was priced very reasonably, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning for future tire purchases and services. Highly recommend!
