Mavis always delivers great work at a fair price. I especially appreciate working with Brian as a service advisor, he is consistently polite, respectful, and patient. He takes the time to explain exactly what needs to be done and why, always answering my questions clearly and thoroughly. Brian is an outstanding communicator who always returns calls promptly.
The team here is honest and never tries to sell unnecessary work. Over the years, I’ve had up to six vehicles regularly serviced at this location and have never experienced an issue that wasn't resolved right the first time. Case in point: I brought a car in today with a sudden issue while on the road. After a brief wait, Brian got it straight into the bay, and the team had the problem fully addressed in no time. Thanks again for another great job!

I had an amazing experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Route 38 in Lumberton, NJ! I needed to have both of my front tires replaced, and I also had another tire that kept losing air and needed to be fixed.
Jared was absolutely amazing! He was professional, friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. The service was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how well I was treated and how quickly they got everything taken care of.
If you need tires or any tire service, or anything els done with your car I definitely recommend this Mavis location. Make sure you ask for Jared — he provided excellent customer service and really took care of me. I will definitely be coming back!

I went to Mavis Discount Tire yesterday morning around 9 AM because I had a feeling the patch on my inner tire wasn’t holding properly, and unfortunately, I was right. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who helped me, but I truly appreciate him. I explained that I was in a bit of an urgent situation because I needed to get back to work and had a site visit up north that day. He was very understanding and made sure my tire was taken care of and safe for me to get back on the road. He got everything done within about an hour, which I was extremely grateful for. I can’t say enough good things about Mavis Tires in Lumberton! They have always been honest, efficient, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, trustworthy. Jared and Max at the front desk truly exude customer service. It’s obvious that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in making sure you’re taken care of.
Having a place you can trust with your car is so important, and Mavis in Lumberton is definitely my go-to for all of my car’s needs. I highly recommend them!
