- CDCharles DemoreOct 7, 20265.0This was my first time here. The team had me in and out, explained everything to me, made great recommendations and worked with me. I was out within 20 minutes of pulling in. The staff are very nice and I liked that I got to see everything that was happening. This will definitely be my go to place for now on.
- DIDiane IOct 7, 20265.0I had a phenomenal experience at Valvoline! There was absolutely no wait time, and I was seen immediately. Michael was amazing and truly went above and beyond to help me. He even found discounts for me and took the extra time to help scrape a sticker off my window. He was so pleasant, helpful, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I will definitely be returning to this Valvoline and highly recommend them, especially Michael!
- JBJenny BrownOct 2, 20263.0I love coming here because it is quick and easy. I was there today and Michael was rude trying to upsell me. He tried to get me to buy a new air filter for the cabin, a new air filter for the engine, use synthetic oil and get my transmission flushed. He argued with me about every point. And said that I did not take very good care of my car because I was using conventional oil. And I just said finally you're not going to upsell me. And he said oh I guess I can see that because you never take care of your car from all the things we recommend. I'm done going to this location because I just don't need it. My tire pressure level was also not checked and even was not checked off on the sheet.
- JEJohn EastlackOct 1, 20265.0Always a good experience. Quick. And don’t try to sell you extra stuff aggressively. They tell you what they recommend and if you don’t want it they move on.
- CBChanee BeasleySep 13, 20265.0This location and every Valvoline location has been a very good experience. This location is the one I come to the most the service technician are always helpful. They don’t try to get me to get things done they suggest me if I say no thank you they don’t try to pressure me and that’s really appreciated . My technician to do was Edwin and he was very nice and helpful. Keep up the great customer service 😊
