I had a wonderful experience with this store. Unexpectedly, I had a flat tire and needed to get it replaced immediately. They were able to assist me quickly and made sure to get my car back to me before they closed for the day. The customer service on the phone and in person exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. I will be returning to get more services done at this location!

Highly recommended, A++ service, polite professional staff. Arrived at Mavis near closing hours, store manager ROB, met me at my car and provided great assistance with my front tire. ROB was able to get my vehicle in a bay as soon as one was available and technicians ALEX & STEVE got to work on the issue. Within 20 minutes my tire was fixed and an inspection of brakes and tires was performed, ALEX & STEVE did an amazing job, and many thanks to ROB for getting me back on the road.

Special thanks to Ron, Dom and Jada. I was driving back to Philly from north jersey so I tried to book an appointment in advance. I called ahead but to the wrong Mavis.. I was given a great discount on the phone for a new tire so when I explained my situation. Not only did they take care of me on the spot but they matched the discount and then some. I was stunned. They were so friendly, joking around and helping pass time. It made a stressful situation into a memorable one. If I’m ever in the area I would stop here in an instant. Thank you truly

I’ve been going here for a little over a year for my oil changes and have had no issues. This weekend I went for another routine oil change and rather than waiting, I left to run errands locally while the service was completed.
I noticed that leaving vs waiting took the wait time from 1 hour to 3 hours, but this wasn’t the issue.
I received a call from the shop, telling me that my shocks were totally trashed and it is dangerous for me to drive. They asked if I was around so they could show me in person (and do the whole “show”). I wasn’t close enough to make it back quickly and told them I would have my stepdad take a look and to please complete the oil change as is. The person on the phone seemed annoyed and said he would need to make a note of the fact that I did not take his advice about the shocks.
I had my stepdad take a look at my car the following day. My stepdad has been a mechanic his whole life. He laughed and couldn’t believe they tried to sell me anything since my car is in such great condition. He said the brake pads aren’t even half way gone so they couldn’t try to sell me that and couldn’t find the slightest evidence to warrant the recommendation to fix my shocks. He actually said he used to take work vehicles to this Mavis and stopped doing so because they actually caused multiple additional issues when fixing shocks - the exact thing that was being recommended to me.
I am genuinely thankful for my stepdad for situations like these. I’m sad that now I need to find a new local place that I can trust.
