Extremely satisfied with the service. Another location was unable to keep my appointment at the end of the day and I showed up to this location hoping they could replace a tire. The staff was accommodating and even drove to pick up the new tire since they did not have it in stock. They were able to replace it same day at the end of their shift.

Steve’s customer service is always 5stars!! He deserves a nice raise/bonus/something… customer service these days is close to being non existent so when you find someone who still provide those skills, the way he takes care of his customers and his friendly approach, all these years I’ve been going to get my car maintenance, is the reason I keep using Mavis!
