  I am an Enterprise Platinum member, and my experience with the Morristown branch was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I had a confirmed reservation for a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and even received a call from the branch the day before pickup specifically asking whether a minivan was actually required. We clearly explained that it was essential for our son's college move-in. At no point during that call was I told there was a problem with availability or that Enterprise might not be able to honor the reservation. When I arrived for pickup, I was told there were no minivans available. Even more frustrating, the Branch Rental Manager later claimed that she had warned me the day before that a minivan could not be guaranteed. That simply never happened. Had Enterprise been honest and transparent during the confirmation call, I would have made alternate arrangements and avoided a last-minute crisis. What made the situation even worse was being told that my confirmed reservation could not be honored because other customers had allegedly reserved minivans months earlier, some dating back to January. I was also told that the minivans sitting on the lot either belonged to those reservations or could not be rented due to recalls. Standing in front of multiple minivans while being told none were available for my confirmed reservation left me feeling that my reservation simply did not matter. Instead, I was left scrambling on one of the most important days for my family and was ultimately forced to drive all the way to Lehigh Valley Airport to secure a replacement vehicle. This was not just a vehicle shortage. It was a complete failure of communication, transparency, accountability, and professionalism. A confirmed reservation should mean something, and customers deserve to be told the truth when Enterprise knows it cannot fulfill its commitments. What made this experience even more telling was the stark contrast with the Enterprise team at Lehigh Valley Airport. After being let down by the Morristown branch, the Lehigh Valley staff stepped up and delivered exactly the type of customer service I expected from Enterprise. They were professional, courteous, empathetic, and genuinely committed to helping me solve a problem they did not create. Their actions highlighted just how poorly the situation was handled in Morristown. Senior Management needs to investigate how this situation was handled, why I was not informed of the issue during the confirmation call, and why a customer with a confirmed reservation was left without a vehicle at pickup. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this branch and taking your business elsewhere.

  The staff are top-tier! I had changes throughout my rental, and they were helpful with all of it. Very courteous and professional .

  The ONLY Game in Town!!! The Best People. Josie helped me in so many ways. Everyone there so nice. Car was good for 3 days. They even have me a ride back home. Thank you Enterprise.

  The staff is excellent. The cars are old , dirty and not maintained well. All have high mileage.

  On aug 13th I called to rent a car while my car was being repaired. AI answered the phone. We started going over details. The options it presented wasn't what I needed. I asked for an operator. The woman who answered the phone started talking at me. Never asked what I wanted and was struggling with English. I stopped her because she was telling me what I wanted. It definitely was not what I covered with the AI assistant. She claimed the information didn't come through from my previous conversation. While she was nice, the inability to stray from the script she was reading was annoying. She followed the "prompts" she was reading to me and I didn't have a chance to ask questions or have a regular conversation. Another fine example of profits over people. So, Enterprise, you have lost a long time client.
