  I was a loyal Team Express Car Wash member at the Marlboro location, going back to the day they opened. It was the only car wash I ever took my Volvo XC90 to. Over time their equipment scuffed up my car. Then during one wash my vehicle got stuck in the machinery, and afterward I found black skid marks on the paint and a crack in the rear quarter window. I went back right away and filed an incident report. Their defense was that they reviewed the footage of my car exiting the wash and did not see a crack. I told them their cameras would not be able to pick up a crack in a dark window, even now that we knew it was there. They ran my car through again to check, and the cameras still could not see it. That tells you how much their footage can actually prove. My claim was never resolved. I was told they are not liable, and I received no reimbursement, no repair offer, and no acknowledgment of responsibility. After being a paying member for so long, that was disappointing, and I cancelled my membership. This is my personal experience. If you have a newer or higher-value vehicle, think twice, and if you do go here, photograph your car before and after every wash. Wash your car here at your own risk.

  Stephen was amazing in assisting me to get my truck looking sparking. He gave me the necessary tools to get my car to how I want it. He is a true team player and assisted a loyal costumer.

  First time customer but will be a repeat customer. Attendant was very polite and helpful. I got a basic wash and I was able to vacuum and also wash my mats. I was given towelettes to clean my interior dash and an air freshener. Was very happy with everything.

  Overall friendly staff, convenient location, nice exterior, and right price point. Frequent the location often.

  Best car wash ever!!!! A little out of the way for me but I got the monthly membership anyway because I love this place!
