  Great buying experience as well as service. A minor fitment issue is being addressed as the parts are available and my first oil change was performed in a timely manner. Technician was very thorough in finding my minor rattling noise and very polite on the test drive. I appreciate the effort and quality of his diagnosis regardless of how minor of an issue it is. Every person involved with my visit was excellent.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2021 Jeep Renegade from Salem County Volkswagen. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with how well organized the lot was, making it easy to look around and view the different vehicles. The showroom was bright, airy, and welcoming, with plants throughout that gave the entire space a comfortable and relaxed feel. My salesperson, Lena, made the experience even better. Meeting her almost felt like meeting someone I already knew and respected. She was personable, genuine, and easy to work with, which made the whole car-buying process feel casual rather than stressful. Everything was handled efficiently without ever feeling rushed or pressured. I truly appreciated how comfortable and straightforward the entire experience was.   Best car buying experience! Lena was beyond amazing. I only ever want to buy cars from her again. No pressure. No “sales pitches.” Just quality information and options. Fantastic interactions with all staff. Derek made the financial piece a breeze. We were in and out in less than 2 hours and that was with two different vehicle test drives and information.
