Im not too happy, but the job was done finally and i hope after today 8/2026 i dont have to come back again regarding the same issues. I also hate the fact when the mechanic enter your car they leave it black grease which may come from their hand and do not clean it off before giving the car back. The service i received today was ok yes, however before that it took 4x before the problem could be fix and having the run around and no call back.

Job was done okay. A little pricey but not horrible. My issue was they only had three tires (web said 4 so I had it towed there). Then they forgot to call me that it was done and told me to hurry because they were closing! I’ve been to other Mavis shops, none were as disorganized as this one!

I had a very positive experience at Mavis Discount Tire today, in Monmouth Junction, NJ. The staff was pleasant, professional, and honest from the moment I arrived. They took the time to inspect my tire and made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Although the tire could not be repaired, they were upfront about the situation and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need.
What I appreciated most was their kindness and willingness to help. They even filled my tire with air so I could safely get by for the time being. It’s refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers and provides honest, courteous service. I truly appreciate their help and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy tire service.

This was my first time using this location and upon approaching the service desk I was treated with respect and courtesy. The gentleman made sure to tell me how busy they were and how long I would have to wait if I chose to but with respect and not making me feel like they didn’t want to work. I chose to stay and didn’t have to wait as long as I thought, great job guys.
