  This was the best car shopping experience ever. I sat with Hanna Lee to research the Genesis GV70 and the Hyundai Tucson. Hanna explained everything about the Genesis and it's models. Then she took us out on a test drive with absolutely "NO Pressure" or Sales Tactics. We came back & took us out to test drive the Tucson, again "NO Pressure". I can't believe we were able to leave without speaking to the manager and a host of other people. Hanna Lee was phenomenal! She gave us exactly what we wanted: Information!!! We felt really good when we left. We're pretty confident the Genesis will be our next car. Thank you Hanna for your professionalism, expertise & patience. You truly are a rare gem. You deserve a gold star in salesmanship!

  Five-star service by two 5-star queens. Brittini & Star are a dynamic customer service powerhouse that is professional, charismatic, and resourceful. I've brought in my vehicle several times, often for the same thing, and either or both ensured my service experience was as stress-free as possible. When it wasn't (and there were certainly issues), they addressed those concerns promptly.

  Great experience working with Johnny at Genesis of Brunswick he was so hands on very attentive went over everything detail assisted with showing me how to utilize all components of the vehicle. Minor glitches with the purchase but he has assisted in getting them all resolved Do also want to thank Lou, Star and Joe for helping to achieve the best deal as well as resolving the minor issues that needed to be resolved

  I have been a repeat customer at Genesis of Brunswick and have generally trusted them with my vehicle, which makes this recent experience especially disappointing. I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change service. However, I was not provided with the detailed vehicle health report that I expected as part of the service. I followed up multiple times by phone and was repeatedly assured that the report would be provided, but I still have not received it or any meaningful update. The issue itself could have been easily resolved with proper follow-through, but the repeated assurances without any resolution have been frustrating and disappointing. As a repeat customer, I expected better communication and customer service. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and improves its follow-up process.
