Purchased a new Genesis G80 from Andrew at Brunswick Genesis and could not be happier with the experience. The car is awesome and Andrew was an absolute professional throughout the process. I got a very fair price on the car as well as my trade in, and the dealership was able to accommodate my very particular requests throughout the process, which I am very appreciative about. I've driven my fair share of luxury midsize sedans, and the G80 absolutely takes the cake. I will absolutely be back to Andrew and this dealership when it comes time to trade in my wife's car next. I want to express my appreciation for the excellent communication I received from William Vargas! He was just amazing, extremely professional, fast and really advocated for me on the price. I can’t thank him enough for his time and raw honesty, he listened to my requests and treated me with pure respect unlike other dealerships I encountered with. I had a bad experience . I went on sat after taking an appointment to get a test drive of GV 70 EV. We waited in the dealership for 20-30 mins after our appointment time. Then someone called Enzo showed up. She spent less than 5 mins with us and then said if you are not buying today she will attend the next customer. We wanted to test the 2025 GV 70 as the new one will arrive only in
Sep. She didnt even come outside to show us the car from inside forget the test drive. I am in the market to buy a luxury EV SUV. I will try other brands and dealerships. Good luck to this dealership for treating customers badly .

I went into this process skeptical, having heard that dealerships aren't always straightforward , but the team at Genesis of New Brunswick completely changed that. I spoke with Griffin than with Brianna and from that point I got the sense that this a dealership that values every customer. I gave them my price range, and they told me I wasn't far off — that's what kicked everything into motion. Johnny took it from there, and by the end he'd kept every word he gave me, which made the whole process feel genuinely trustworthy. Once it got to the finance side, Pietro and Alfredo made everything transparent and smooth, walking me through every detail with no surprises. The whole team worked together to get me a great deal on my GV70. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to working with them again. Update:
Thankfully, Alfredo was able to get this issue resolved and a check was cut for the amount I was owed. He was always courteous and professional in his communication, and I’m glad we were able to solve this problem.

I leased a car from them and opted for the tire and wheel protection package at signing. After changing my mind, I contacted the finance person I had worked with to cancel the plan within the 30 days for a full refund. He informed me it would not be returned to me, but applied to my account with Genesis Financial. He confirmed, via email, that the cancellation had been processed. When I called to confirm with Genesis Financial, they informed me no such credit had been applied.
I made several attempts to contact someone at this dealer to discuss the situation. Eventually, a manager reached out to me to inform me that unfortunately, the refund was never processed. He then informed me that the finance person I dealt with was gone, and the dealership is under new ownership.
After more back and forth and being told things were “looking good” for me to get the money that is owed to me, communication has ceased and I am still without my money.
I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and never experienced such lowly tactics and shadiness, especially from a place that’s purporting to be a luxury dealership. I will now have to spend more of my time filing numerous consumer complaints, over money that is fairly mine.
