The girl that she spoke to sounded as if she had no idea what she was doing. She didn’t put my wife’s name or phone number on the order and proceeded to give her a hard time when she went to pick it up. Once my wife opened the box she realized that she was given a 2.4L instead of a 2.0L sized coil. My wife called the store and asked to talk to the manager because she got that same incompetent girl on the phone. The manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. She immediately started screaming at my wife and said that she got the right part for her car. She also told my wife that the 2.4L and 2.0L parts are the same thing even though they look completely different. My wife couldn’t even get a word in to explain the situation over the screaming from this woman. I honestly don’t understand why she decided to get so hostile and argumentative. We returned the part and will not ever go to this store again.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
