Outstanding experience at Mr. Tire! Xavier and his team took great care of my vehicle, getting critical suspension and wheel bearing repairs done quickly and perfectly. Xavier was honest, patient, and extremely helpful in walking me through all my options to keep costs down. My car drives like brand new now—smooth, quiet, and perfectly aligned. Highly recommend Mr Tire!

I’ve taken my cars here multiple times and have generally had great experiences, with good service and fair pricing. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was completely different. I dealt with a new, younger manager who was consistently rude and unprofessional with both me and other customers. He would frequently disappear, leaving customers waiting and even creating visible frustration among the other employees. It was disappointing to see such a noticeable decline in customer service. Based on this experience and how we were treated, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

The first time I came here, I didn’t have the best experience because I was going through my warranty and unfortunately, nothing ever came of it after my visit. However, I came back the other day and went through my warranty again, and this time everything was handled! Xavier was a huge help, also Tim and George worked on fixing my issue. Everything is back up and running now. Thank you guys for all your help! 😊

I normally don't post bad reviews but had too with my experience here. Don't waste your time or money on this trash of a business. Go to any other tire place than this one. Most unorganized and unprofessional business I ever been too. No point in using there website to make an appointment because they dont uphold it. They couldn't even provide the services we agreed too.

Great service Xavier the store manager was very helpful and courteous I enjoyed speaking with him very much. Had a flat needed a new tire they had 2 options in stock explained my options and differences and replaced the tire same day. Only thing was when I drove my psi on that tire was 40 and the others were all 33. Other tire centers in the past will often take a second and make sure all tires are same psi. Given it was towards the ends of the day and closing soon I wasn’t too upset and was just grateful they got me in the same day to replace tire. As a newer local to the area, I will definitely consider going there again for tire needs and possibly even more such as oil changes and other stuff I know they offer a lot.
