  If you need to rent a car, these people are the ones to use. Got me through a rough patch and went above and beyond in their care and helpfulness.

  I made a reservation 12hrs before pickup for a truck. Pickup was for 12pm, I called Enterprise KEYPORT by accident, but he (JOE) confirmed my reservation, and assured me that they will contact Middletown to let them know that I was running late. The truck was given away before 1pm. I arrived there at 1pm. The utterly nasty individual named Kayla told me that they hold the vehicles for an hour. I walked in at 1pm. So I asked where's my truck. She proceeded to say that she gave it away. I told her it's impossible to have held it for an hour because it's now 1pm. She then reversed her statement and said that it was only a courtesy to hold it for an hour. I told her that's not what you said before. I told her I made my reservation, called to let them know I'd be late and my reservation was still good. She said she gave me truck away 10 minutes before I arrived. In the midst of all of this I lost my badge in their store. I only realized it while heading to the Keyport location. I came back to look for my badge with Enterprise Customer Service on the phone. As I'm walking out of the location, she says, "excuse me", I said "excuse you, what?" She said, "you're looking at me". I told her "my eyes aren't for rent and they belong to me". I didn't know that customers can't look at sales associates. Upon walking out I found my badge outside along the steps. I have no idea how someone like her gets employed, and stays employed. She's rude, she's a liar, and she's unprofessional. Be aware! TO ANY CUSTOMER THINKING ABOUT THIS LOCATION, REMINDER! YOU CAN'T LOOK AT KAYLA, THE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LIAR.

  Neigel book my reservation up in a flash! Kathy did awesome when I picked up the car and dropped it off. Great customer service all around even with a lot going on around them. Example others waiting, phones ringing and setting up cars for arrival. Great customer service experience. Thank you to the whole team.

  This is the best rental car experience around! The manager is so accommodating and they make pickup and returns so easy! Highly recommend!
