- JBJay Bailey4 days ago4.0I have been bring my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe here for a few years now, since 2022 I think. The service has always been excellent! During my most recent experience Tay the manager was extremely helpful in getting my brakes repaired. She made sure she thoroughly explained what was going on with brakes and why what part needed to be replaced. Her help and guidance relieved my mind because I ALWAYS have my guard up when it comes to services. I guess I have heard too many stories about people getting ripped off by a mechanic. Thanks Tay for your patience and reassurance!! The only reason I did not give 5 Stars to the place is that this place can be a little pricey. Also, you cannot buy your own part and bring it in for installation because they cannot cover a purchased part with their nationwide warranty. The excellent and quality service is a fair trade for the pricey parts and labor. I'll be back for sure because I need an alignment, I think! LOL!! Thanks again!!
