Extremely disappointing experience. I booked an appointment, arrived on time, and waited for 30 minutes. After the wait, I was told the service would take another two hours, and ultimately they refused to provide the service at all. The appointment system seems meaningless if scheduled customers are not accommodated. I would not recommend this location and am genuinely surprised by its high ratings.

Took my daughters jeep in on Thursday night for Friday tire change all 4. Prices were competitive not great not terrible. About the same price as everyone else. Chose mavis because they had Yokohama. A tire I heard good things about but never had. Friday the store called 2 different times to upsell some other things they found I declined they never called again to tell me that the vehicle was done. They were supposed to close at 8pm I showed up at 745. Everyone was gone. That sucked. I wait till Saturday go about 830 pay no issues On the way home I look for the lug lock that keeps have. And it’s not in the jeep. I call the store they said they’ll call me right back. 2.5 hours later no call and I call corporate. I speak to Ashley who doesn’t seem to do much more than call the store. They tell her they don’t have it. They still haven’t called me She after some urging from me. Escalates to a manger Brian who did call me back on a weekend but there is nothing he can do short of having me. Ring jeep back for new lugs etc. I had to go to auto zone and buy a new tool $50. I understand Brian did try and make things right. But for $50 I don’t waste anymore of my weekend living a mavis for what should have been a routine tire change. Also not positive. But it looks as if the glove box and center console were went though only reason I know is I had to take the lug lock out and it was on the bottom when I dropped off. I seen an old pan card on the bottom with a gift card When I looked to see if they put the lug back. The PDA card was now on top. And no gift card. Not a positive MAVIS experience Buyer beware. UPDATE 6/9/26. Although Mavis. Corporate responded real nice here. No one has since reached out to me. Save your frustrations. Go ANYWHERE ELSE
