- BPBarbara PearsonJul 14, 20265.0I got a flat tire on a Sunday. They got me in, patched the tire, balanced the wheels and called me two hours later to pick up the car. I can’t thank Todd and hood crew enough! AND the price was great!

When I showed up they told me that they would try to get to me tomorrow, after being told that I could wait. Management was ignorant and unsympathetic. Then a female worker felt like it was her turn to chime in and proceeded to curse at me.

They gave me an appointment time that the shop said they could not accommodate when I arrived. Annoying. However they did squeeze me in promptly. After 15 minutes my car was ready. $65 (SIXTYFIVE DOLLARS) to patch a nail hole in front left tire.
