  it was a good experience but I reserved a luxury car 4 days in advance and was given a chevy but still charged for a luxury vehicle your link really doesnt help, I lowerd my reivewed based on your response

  Scam operation avoid at all costs. They tried to stick me with damage for something that occurred before I rented the car. If you do rent from them take before/after photos.

  I have used enterprise countless times and the present experience is making me think I need to start using another rental company. I presently have a reservation for a large suv to be picked up in medford nj. I received a call yesterday 4/22/26 from the Maple shade facility. The representative (CARLOS) says i can come there and get my car early with the charges starting on 4/23/26. The day my reservation was scheduled for. I get to the facility give my license and sign in the appropriate areas. I give him my debit card and he tells me I cannot use a debit card to pay for my rental. Now after going bk and forth with Carlos I leave without my rental. I call 2 separate customer service representatives and they confirm what I already know. I can use a debit card as long as I show proof of residence (utility bill). So now I have to pray that when I go to medford today 4/23/26 I don't have the same problem. If I don't pick up the vehicle I need for a very important family gathering i will definitely be leaving another review and I will discontinue using enterprise as a rental company.
