  I have never written a review but this situation was possibly the most unprofessional situation I have experienced. I called over the weekend and made a reservation because I was in a car accident and my truck was getting fixed, I was told I had a reservation for 7/7 for a certain amount. I dropped my truck off and went to enterprise to be told no reservation was ever made. The gentleman at on the reservation line was extremely rude about the situation even though it was their fault someone didn’t do their job correctly. They didn’t try and make the situation better but quoted me an outrageous amount for a vehicle that I didn’t reserve. It is not the customers fault someone didn’t do their job correctly. Enterprise needs to train their employees better, so the customer isn’t inconvenienced or made to feel at fault.

  I had reserved a full size car for a family vacation. When I arrived at my pick-up time, there was a long wait, and then when I got to the counter they tried to get me to take a smaller car. I had a smaller car at home I could have used, and I reserved a full size car specifically to have more space for the family vacation. Then they offered a 'free upgrade' to a type of vehicle I absolutely did not want. When I asked them what the point was of a reservation if they a) were not ready for me and b) did not have the car I reserved, I was told "It's like a fast food place - just because you can order French Fries doesn't mean they have French Fries. But you still have French Fries." That has to be the most ridiculous and pointless comment I think I have ever heard, and it literally does not even make sense. So I spent a long weekend family vacation driving an SUV I didn't want instead of the car I wanted and having to pay for the extra gas it used, all while pondering the absurd 'explanation' given.

  good experience, car smelled like pot, they gave me a $5 discount for the smell, they were really nice but I returned the car before I actually needed to due to the smell

  They make up fees not in the rental agreement and post prices with fine print so just be careful to read before you sign it. The price they give you is never what you’re doing to pay
