  They allow you to book a rental pickup for a time after they are already closed... which means you will arrive at your appoitment time with no way to pick up the car you reserved at no fault of your own

  The manager, Amanda, does an unbelievable job every time I'm in. The team around her is trained up properly and makes each visit as easy as possible. I won't go anywhere else.

  Have rented multiple vehicles multiple times, enough times that you would think they have your information &/or know that you're a regular customer...but apparently not. Slow service, even if you make advanced reservation, always 4-5 employees on staff but it still takes longer than need be to be checked out & for 1st time was interogated with what felt like a lot of unnecessary questions & request for multiple forms of id, seemed a bit of an intrusion of privacy just to add a 2nd driver... The vehicles are nice & haven't had any issue as of yet with mechanical issues, actually once I drive off their lot no problems at all. Just wish they'd tighten up the rental process & save people some time especially regular customers. It can be a bit frustrating to be treated as a 1st time client everytime & the redundancy of the rental process!
