This Enterprise location was very helpful and made my temporary car issues easy. I had to get body work done on my car due to a minor accident; Enterprise came and picked me up from the auto body shop, I believe the associate's name was Joe. Joe made my experience pleasant and seamless. Even the front desk staff were very helpful in answering billing questions, drop offs, etc. thank you Enterprise!

I left my massage gun in the car. I called them, but it couldn't be found. Typical nonsense.

I've been coming to enterprise for a nunber of years for car rental and I've never been treated the way that I have this time ever. I was overcharged. Kept track of my payments and everything and was charged an extra day to my account saying I didn't pay a day and did. It shows in my bank account. I won't ever return here again. Also at another location the service manager made jokes about how much I was paying to his coworkers in my face like I wasn't standing there. I won't ever return to enterprise to rent a car not even for a vacation and my family always uses your service. Nomore business from me.

Service and car were good. Final price was higher than was presented at time of rental and ended up paying 40% higher than what i understood at time of rental pick up.

TERRIBLE customer service!! No system to locate misplaced items and nobody at Enterprise seems to care. Rented a car and returned to the JFK airport location. Attendant checked outside of the car and took keys. Realized the next day while already out of the country my EZ Pass had been left in the car. Made several international calls to Enterprise, filled out the paperwork and received “reference number”. Requested they check the car we just returned to retrieve the Pass and EVERYONE including corporate was unhelpful and uncaring. We were told to check back in 3 days, which we did, still got nowhere. I couldn’t cancel Pass as I was out of the country and didn’t have account information. Later discovered my pass was used on GWB for a $23+ charge. Enterprise refused to trace vehicle, acknowledge the theft or accept any accountability. Once they take your money, they are uninterested. I will NEVER rent from them again.
