- BLBruce Lee4 days ago1.0Extremely dishonest and unprofessional business practices. > I came here for an A/C diagnosis and agreed to a total repair quote of $1,700 using a Denso compressor. Because they didn’t have the part in stock, I paid the deposit they requested, finalized the agreement, and went home. A little later, I received a phone call from them changing the story. They told me they couldn’t do it for $1,700 anymore and that I needed to pay an additional $150. A quote is a commitment—you don't call a customer back to squeeze more money out of them after a deposit has already been paid! Out of sheer frustration with this bait-and-switch tactic, I cancelled the entire service. The worst part? They still charged me the diagnostic fee. They basically stole my money and wasted my entire day. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with surprise hidden fees!

They squeezed took me in right away and I was out in less than five minutes. They did not overcharge me it was extremely reasonably priced. I have purchased new tires from there before and trust them With any repairs I need. Highly recommend it!

No wonder it’s really called Mavis DISCOUNT TIRE. What it says it’s real discounted price tires , Which it’s true bcoz I really got the brand new tire for great good price. Two thumbs up for Ryan and his team. 👍🏼👍🏼 bcoz I checked everywhere this Mavis gave me better deal. Thank you Ryan. Will definitely come back and will recommend.
