Was in a week or so ago for tires and oil change. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful on helping me decide what tires would be best for me to last through winter. I’ll be back specifically because of the wonderful customer service. Place was nicely organized and clean. Wait time was reasonable especially with an appointment. Always appreciate when a business honors appointments over walk-ins.

Went here few times in the past and while changing tires seemed not cheap I didn't feel robbed. Today they tried to rob me, called for price and was ok with it. I show up 15min later and now the price is different. Long story short I walked out. So if you get a good person maybe you'll be ok, if you're there when they try to squeeze you it's just classic bait and switch practice. They just lost a repeating customer.

I arrive and be the first one in line. The guy behind the counter was amazing courteous did the right thing. Pricing wise was great. He hand the ticket off on the first one on the hook. I watch three tech stand around for 10 minutes doing nothing one vaped six times the other one vaped five times. I am sitting there visibly annoyed, watching this simple oil change turned into an hour production. I watched one tech come over and pull the tire change over mine even though I was first in line on the hook. I saw a second tech come over take a look that it was an oil change and put it back. I then saw a third person come over and I’ve never seen someone move so slowly in my entire life to do an oil change. First in line an hour to do a simple oil change. Unacceptable. Like I said the guy at the counter was amazing but watching this guy, do this work right now is the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced in my life if I would’ve known I would’ve went to the cheapest quickie lube instead of a professional place which I thought was Mavis never go back in my life?

After being told by two different alignment specialists, including a dealership, that my Audi Q5's alignment couldn't be corrected because of a subframe issue supposedly caused by an accident or a pothole, I was really frustrated. The vehicle only has 29,000 miles on it and has never been in an accident or hit a pothole severe enough to cause that kind of damage.
Xavier at the Mavis location in Old Bridge suggested that I bring my Q5 to the Mavis Marlboro shop for a second opinion, and I'm glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, Rich, the manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to take the time to look into the problem instead of immediately saying it couldn't be fixed. He listened to my concerns and assured me they would take a careful look at it.
Rich had Steve, their alignment specialist, inspect the vehicle. Steve did an outstanding job. Not only was he able to correct the alignment, but he also showed me the alignment report afterward with all measurements in the green, proving that the issue had been resolved. It turns out the accident and pothole explanations were just assumptions.
It's rare these days to find people who take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for a customer. Rich and Steve were awesome.
A big thank you to Xavier for pointing me in the right direction, and to Rich and Steve for getting the job done. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing alignment work. If you go there, ask for Rich. You won't be disappointed.
