My tire was leaking air and my brake light was out. Walter, Don and Rich provided great service and took care of the tire repair and brake light. Price was very reasonable.

Honest, quick and thorough , I came for all 4 tires, plus check my brakes, Rich was extremely helpful selecting tires and let me know I did not need brakes. I was expecting to be told I needed the works, so i was very happy to find an honest place to take my car, I will use again and recommend them for anyone looking for an honest place.

This store and their corporate do not communicate to you prior to work being done that they do not have the necessary software for wheel alignment. They changed the 4 tires, balanced it and said to go find some else to get the alignment done.
Corporate office said the same “your job to find a place that aligns the tires”
I now have to spend extra money as wheel alignment when purchased separate is not at a discounted price.
Would not recommend Mavis at all.
Customer service manager (Matt O’Brian) at corporate level is very rude too.

Scheduled an oil change appointment for 3:00 was told the wait was 2 hours I stated that was fine I would wait. A man came in 1 1/2 hour after me he was also told 2 hours he stated his displeasure and why make appointments. About 1/2 hour later his car was taken in to start his oil change before mine. When I asked for my keys back I was told my car was next i said I am leaving and they let me leave without offering anything. I have used this mavis many times and have been very happy. I will not be going back after this incident.

I had a very bad experience at this location.
I brought my vehicle here for an oil change.
When I got my vehicle back, there was oil all over my engine.
I brought it to the manager's attention and was told the mechanic claimed the oil was there before he worked on my vehicle.
This was definitely not true.
In my opinion, I was taking advantage of being a woman!
I will never go back to Mavis again!
