  Great experience overall. My current lease was coming to an end and I was in the neighborhood. I stopped in and explained my situation and what my needs are, TJ my sales associate was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I love my new car, super fun to drive and the features are great. My only complaint (as we all know), the process takes a bit of time, paperwork, finance, etc… the showroom is FREEZING and the music is horrendous. So dress appropriately and have AirPods handy.

  I have purchased two Jaguars from Ray Catena and their sales and service department are second to none. Each sale was ''painless" and each service appointment was completed with all issues resolved. A special acknowledgement goes out to Paul Y. for helping out with a technical issue involving my phone. It turned out that the problem was not with the vehicle but with my phone. Nevertheless, Paul called Verizon and explained the problem and stayed with me until it was resolved. This is not the first time Paul has helped me and he always goes above and beyond to resolve the issue at hand and always with a smile. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone considering a Jaguar or Range Rover.
