The alignment technician went out of his way to double check his work to make sure that my toe was set dead center. I believe his name was Mark (white male, curly hair). Thank you for your work, the alignment is perfect. The store managers also allowed me to get a realignment after the first technician a month ago "aligned" the vehicle, but was still pulling horribly to the left due to a loose inner tie rod.

Been to this location multiple times over a couple of years, and they always deliver great service at fair prices. A lot better than Firestone! I even got to witness them handle a customer who was being rude for no reason, and they handled it professionally. Highly recommend!
