  I had a total-loss insurance claim and was told my all-in cost would be $52.35 per day once my insurance coverage ended after 20 days. Unfortunately, when the final bill arrived, my credit card was charged significantly more than expected. I was then informed there was an additional $10 per day fee that NJM supposedly doesn't cover, despite that never being clearly explained upfront. On top of that, I was charged a $5 fuel fee. While it's not a large amount, I returned the car with the same fuel level I received it at (about 120 miles to empty), so the charge felt unnecessary. Between the unexpected fees and the lack of transparency, the experience felt like being nickel-and-dimed at every turn. The extra charges may seem small individually, but they add up and leave a bad impression. Clear communication and upfront pricing would have gone a long way. Overall, disappointing customer service and not a business I would choose to use again.

  Excellent service at the Maple Shade, NJ location! I am there weekly to rent for work and their interactions with all customers are top notch! Special mention to Austin & Carlos who always go above and beyond to make sure I have what I need to get me on the road for work each and every week!

  The process of renting and returning went easily, the car was clean & in excellent condition, the price, reasonable & the assistant manager, Jon Melton was professional, courteous & helpful. Completely satisfied!

  I have been a regular customer in this location for years. Austin and his team is doing such a very good job. Pleasant and efficient staff, good communication and flexible pick up and clean cars.

  Sadly I was in a no fault accident and was assigned to this enterprise! Everything was fine, kid who helped me was super nice but unfortunately I believe they are running a gas scam at this location! There was a gas option on there that you could pay $33 bucks and not have to fill gas back up, I barely drive so i asked if I could just bring it back at the level I got it and he said yes then they would remove the auto gas charge, so I did just that! They still charged me for gas even though I added gas right before going there and only drove half mile from gas station. I tried to resolve the issue but the workers just started ignoring me and not retuning my calls, texts, or emails! Won’t be going back there, that’s for sure
