- SSSharon Scow2 days ago5.0The Car rental process went well, I was able to extend it for a few days. The car was beautiful and the gentleman at the facility were helpful and kind. I will always use enterprise.
- JBjonathan battillo2 days ago1.0I had a total-loss insurance claim and was told my all-in cost would be $52.35 per day once my insurance coverage ended after 20 days. Unfortunately, when the final bill arrived, my credit card was charged significantly more than expected. I was then informed there was an additional $10 per day fee that NJM supposedly doesn't cover, despite that never being clearly explained upfront. On top of that, I was charged a $5 fuel fee. While it's not a large amount, I returned the car with the same fuel level I received it at (about 120 miles to empty), so the charge felt unnecessary. Between the unexpected fees and the lack of transparency, the experience felt like being nickel-and-dimed at every turn. The extra charges may seem small individually, but they add up and leave a bad impression. Clear communication and upfront pricing would have gone a long way. Overall, disappointing customer service and not a business I would choose to use again.
