  Austin and his team did an amazing job getting me in and out with a rental. The communication was perfect from start to finish. They gave me a pre-call the day before to explain exactly what to do and what to expect when I arrived, which made the entire process stress-free. The check-in process was seamless, and his team was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. The return process was even easier. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I would give 100 stars if possible.

  This is the best enterprise location I’ve used, and I have used several in the NJ area, Boston, Philadelphia. Enterprise found a real rock star in Carlos. He’s personable, constantly takes care of me, and understands how to take care of good customers. Mike is also an asset to this organization. If you’re planning on renting through Enterprise, I would advise utilizing this location specifically.

  We had an excellent experience at the maple shade location.,Austin and Julian both were professional, courteous and made the transaction quick and easy. Will definitely use this location again !!

  Enterprise Rent A Car in Maple Shade, NJ was incredible. I had a last minute rental and they found me an outstanding car for a reasonable price. The check in/check out process was extremely wicked and efficient. I also got a call the next day from Austin making sure that everything went well! Thank you again. I will be renting from them again this weekend!

  So I rated this location as a 3 star specifically because of what I had to go through just to get a refund. Around the time of March 13th, I was able to obtain a car due to my car being fixed. Long story short it was area fed through my warranty company and I added protection for the weekend. It was explained to me by my agent I guess you’d call him, that I could put it for the weekend (the protection) and they would contact me on Monday if I wanted to continue it. I didn’t receive a call. I had to return the car that Tuesday however I received two charges from this location. I called and was trying to figure out why that was. I finally reached someone days later in which he refunded me the money. However, it was a hassle overall and I shouldn’t had gone through that when it was explained to me and my significant other incorrectly the way the protection works and come to find out I didn’t even have to put it on the rental because I have good insurance. Overall, it was okay the car we got was decent nothing crazy wish it was in consideration that both me and my significant other are on the talker side so the car was a hassle coming in and out of.
