I explained that my driver's side windshield wiper fell off my car while driving down 295 and needed help finding the right size and installing it. I saw two associates outside admiring the rain while I came inside, and the store was empty. I understand that they are not required to change my wipers due to the downpour, but I would have appreciated it if someone offered their help. There were AT LEAST four associates in the store, and the excuse they gave was that they did not have a change of clothes to go outside. I am just a bit disappointed that in a time of need and the circumstance that it was my driver's side windshield wiper no one offered their help... I ended up going down the road to Holman, and they were able to help install my wipers..............

The location on Collins ave is Meh...when you go in for parts make sure ypu know exactly what you need, some of the workers here dont know cars and can not help at all. Tried selling me the wrong seals for a rear diff.

I had a dead battery and the manager, Nando, was fantastic at not only helping me by replacing the battery but he also: cleaned up the corrosion, cleaned up the bolts that were rusted, and he cleaned up the battery acid that had leaked out into the supporting tray. He was also very patient with me when I had questions and an overall great conversationalist.
