  I went to Autozone and needed some help finding a few things and the manager Chris was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I took up some of his time with questions and he was very patient with me. It was a great experience.

  I came in today to get one in my windshield wipers replace. The sales associate, Antoine was very professional and polite. Kudos to him for his wonderful service.

  I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this AutoZone, and at this point it’s clearly a pattern, especially with one of the managers. He has a long ginger beard On this most recent visit, I walked in with a commercial account and was visibly waiting at the counter. Two managers were standing there, both looking directly at me, but instead of helping, they chose to assist another employee with something on the computer. No acknowledgment, no “we’ll be with you in a minute,” just completely ignoring a customer. This isn’t the first time either. The same manager has ignored customers before, and it honestly feels intentional at this point. When I finally did get helped, the attitude made it even worse. The female manager was sighing, huffing, and acting like helping me was a burden. That’s completely unprofessional, especially from management. If managers act like this, it sets the tone for the whole store. I understand being busy, but there’s no excuse for repeatedly ignoring customers and then showing visible frustration when you finally help them. Basic customer service and respect should be the minimum. Very disappointing experience overall. Something needs to change at this location.
