  Volvo of Manasquan has the best service!! They got my car back to me two hours after I dropped it off! They took such great care of everything and kept me in the loop the entire time. I won’t be going anywhere else! And the complimentary car wash, cherry on top :)

  I had a really good experience buying my XC60 from Volvo Cars Manasquan, which is saying something because I shopped the entire US. I talked to Volvo dealers from coast to coast, compared a ton of cars and offers, and ultimately ended up buying from Manasquan and shipping the car all the way home to Alaska. We happened to be visiting family in New York at the time, which gave us the opportunity to go over to Manasquan, see the car in person, and actually buy it there before sending it on its very long trip home. Ian was my salesperson and was great to work with. One of the biggest things I appreciated was that there was no high-pressure sales nonsense or questionable add ons. We were able to work through the numbers remotely and agree on everything before I ever stepped foot in the dealership, so when I got there I already knew what I was paying. They gave me a genuinely great deal on the exact XC60 I wanted. I am definitely a high-maintenance customer, especially when buying a car 4,000+ miles from home and then shipping it across the country. There were a LOT of questions, follow-ups, and further coordination before and especially after the sale; Ian was patient and responsive through all of it. I never felt like I was being brushed off once the paperwork was signed, which I appreciated. Ian sent regular updates after purchase up until the moment it was picked up for shipping. I also want to shout out Anthony, who walked us through the car and all of its features while we were there. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. I feel like the people in roles like his probably don’t get nearly as much recognition as the salespeople do, but they can make a huge difference in the experience and Anthony absolutely deserves the shoutout. He was great, and if he ever wants to move into sales, he absolutely has the personality and customer service skills for it. TL;DR: Buying a car in New Jersey and shipping it to Alaska is obviously not the most straightforward car-buying process, but Manasquan made it pretty painless. After shopping nationally and dealing with a lot of different dealerships, they’re the ones who earned my business. I’d absolutely recommend them.

  I recently purchased a beautiful Cloud Blue Volvo XC40 in Manasquan and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Our Sales Professional, Ben Stecky, was a pleasure to work with throughout the buying process. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, honest and friendly making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of working with Nadia, who took us on our test drive and spent time walking us through all the technology and features of the vehicle. She was incredibly patient, friendly and thorough making sure we felt comfortable and confident with our new car. Both Ben and Nadia provided excellent customer service and we truly appreciated their time and attention. We even received complimentary Volvo hats and Volvo cooler bags with treats. ;) We couldn’t be happier with our new Volvo and would highly recommend working with Ben on your next car purchase.

  I had an excellent experience working with Ben Stecky at the Volvo dealership in Manasquan, NJ. Ben was extremely straightforward, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. He gave me a fantastic deal and was a great communicator from start to finish. The entire process of getting into my new Polestar 4 was seamless and stress-free. Ben made everything easy, kept me informed along the way, and delivered exactly what we discussed. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Ben and the dealership. I would absolutely recommend him and would happily do business with them again in the future.
