You made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel incredibly easy and comfortable. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and attention you gave me, and it absolutely made a difference in my decision to continue with Volvo.   Our experience purchasing our vehicle from Volvo Cars Manasquan on 8/22/2026 was truly five star from beginning to end. Our salesman, Anthony Blasi, was exceptional. He was patient, kind, relaxed, and incredibly knowledgeable. My husband and I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Anthony answered every one of them thoroughly and confidently. From the initial test drive, to comparing different options, to discussing financing and ultimately purchasing the vehicle, we never felt rushed or pressured. What stood out most was the atmosphere of the entire dealership. Every person we interacted with was polished, professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. At times, it honestly felt less like sitting in a car dealership and more like sitting in a living room with family members who just happened to be exceptionally knowledgeable about Volvos and were truly focused on taking care of us. One of the biggest things I noticed was my husband. I have literally never seen him more relaxed while making such a large financial commitment and purchase. That, to me, says everything about the environment Anthony and the team created. He was comfortable, informed, and never made to feel pressured or rushed into a decision. Another thing that really stood out was how much fun the experience actually was. Several staff members were genuinely funny, and I found myself laughing more than once throughout the day. It completely changed the feeling of buying a car and made what could have been a stressful process feel more like a fun day out with people we enjoyed being around. We also really appreciated the little touches, including the coffee bar and snacks, which are a definite plus, especially if you have children with you during what can sometimes be a long process. We had our daughter with us, and instead of feeling like she was simply along for the ride, we were able to include her in the experience. She had the opportunity to understand what we were purchasing, hear some of the financing discussion, and even get a little real world education about negotiation and making a major financial decision. That made the experience feel even more meaningful for us as a family. That feeling of being “taken care of” did not end when we drove off the lot. The dealership has continued to follow up with us, check in on how everything is going, and respond immediately to any questions or concerns we have had about the vehicle. Buying a car can often feel stressful or transactional, but this experience was completely different. We felt respected, comfortable, informed, genuinely valued, and we actually enjoyed ourselves throughout the process. This dealership is truly a wonderful family owned business! We absolutely look forward to being customers for life. In fact, we have already talked about how, down the road, when our children are old enough for their own vehicles, we would love for their first purchases to be through Volvo Cars Manasquan as well. That says a lot about the level of trust and confidence this dealership earned from our family. Anthony and the entire Volvo Cars Manasquan team absolutely deserve five stars, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that combines exceptional knowledge, professionalism, warmth, humor, and genuine customer care.

  After having an absolutely horrendous experience at Smythe Volvo, I was able to find the exact car I wanted and Manasquan had it. I reached out online to request info and they put me in contact with Trisha. She is the most down to earth, understanding, and easiest car sales person I have ever worked with. I never felt pressure or questioning my choices. She kept the entire experience real. Before even going in, she was asking all the right questions, making sure I understood things and checked for extra savings for me. When I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and not the fake kind that usually happens at dealerships. They had the car pulled up for me and yes, it took a few hours, but the car buying process takes a while. That’s just how it is. I was offered refreshments multiple times, walked through the service area for a tour, test drove the car, and met so many of the team members working. They say that “they come with the car” when you purchase and I can tell. The tour of my car’s features and making sure I was comfortable, done by Nojus, was just an extra I did not expect and he was extremely knowledgeable. Kevin, the finance manager, explained everything in detail but wasn’t mansplaining, which is a serious bonus for me. Brett worked out all the numbers and the final deal. I call all of these people out because they each had a hand in making this the best car buy experience I’ve ever had. This is now my 5th car and I will be going back to them when I need my 6th! Thank you all again, Trish, Nojus, Kevin, & Brett, so much!

  THE worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Terrible customer service. WHERE DO I BEGIN… I was inquiring about purchasing a polestar 4. First of all, Ian, who I originally was working with gave me wrong information about the car (told me with confidence that I could not use a Tesla wall charger to charge the vehicle, which I ended up finding out at other dealerships was false and you absolutely can with a converter…). Additionally, Gary the “manager” & Ian rubbed me the wrong way. Despite that, I gave them an opportunity to earn my business multiple times and waited for them to get back to me on a car that I left a deposit on. They could never tell me when the car would be available. They couldn’t even confirm the price. They couldn’t even call me back once…. Here I am chasing them to get a quote and update on a vehicle that I’m seriously interested in purchasing and left a deposit on…. Like what?? I followed up with them numerous times just to be met with “all of our associates are busy helping other customers we’ll take your name and number and call you back”. Got this response 3 different times…. Was never called back once. Furthermore, I am still trying to get in touch with them to this day to cancel my order and get my refund back, which they still haven’t processed. I am baffled by the level of poor customer service and lack of communication. I would totally not recommend…. Thankfully, I ended up purchasing my polestar 4 from another dealer and had a great experience. Volvo Manasquan, you should do a serious training on this. Embarrassing.

  I came to repair my Volvo s60 car, namely it was replacing the timing belt according to the mileage of the car as recommended by the manufacturer. Manager Sean worked with me, he is a very good employee and did his job flawlessly. After the repair, my car did not start at all on the second day. After contacting the support service, they gave me a free tow truck, for which I thank you. After examining the technician, I was told that the battery and fuse failed (if this is true - I do not know). I asked for these parts to be replaced. Then 1 day later I was informed that the car was working and everything was fine. During the inspection of the car, I found errors that the technician made, and these are: the clamp is not twisted, the mounting on the bumper is missing , and the tow plug is not installed in place. Your services are several times more expensive than secondary services, so please do not make such mistakes! But despite all this, I still believe that you deserve a good grade, and I hope that you will correct yourself and not make such mistakes in the future. Thank you!
