I called ahead to make sure a car was available, and I was told it was. I ubered to the office expecting to pick it up, only to be told they couldn’t help me until the next day. It was incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time and money. No one apologized, offered a solution, or made any effort to help, it was basically a “too bad, so sad” attitude. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

This is the 2nd time in the past year I’ve used enterprise. Both times, car needed an oil change. Clearly contributed to the vehicle getting poor gas mileage on a vehicle that is supposed to be more fuel efficient than my current vehicle (hence the point of renting). Customer service representative was clueless. If you are going to hire people, you should probably teach them how to read and interpret the paperwork to be accurately and efficiently communicated to customers. I didn’t appreciate the mild heart attack being told that I owed an additional $314 after paying $560 upfront after having the vehicle for 24-hours. Further wasting my time waiting for another customer service representative to get off the phone to accurately communicate to me, that I was in fact, getting money back. Poor training and poor communication to customers. Also, the same customer service representative helped me at pick up, was the same customer service representative that helped me at drop off. As mentioned before, 24 hours later. I know that enterprise isn’t busy enough that you don’t recognize your customers you helped 24 hours prior too. Obviously the enterprise Manasquan office needs a training course in training employees in customer service, and how to read and communicate their paperwork.

Don’t recommend!! I made reservations well in advance. They call the day I am supposed to pick up the rental and tell me they have no cars available. The last time I had rented a car from them they were doing the same thing to other customers while I was in the office. Completely unacceptable.

Enterprise is a very professional and efficient company to deal with. They keep you informed, during and after the rental. Will use them again.

Extremely disappointed with this location! My vehicle was involved in an accident and the other driver's insurance was paying for my damage, inclusive of a rental with Enterprise. When I called I was told they had no cars but I was first on the list when one came in! Two days later I went to get my car from the body shop before they began work on it because I needed a vehicle! Without going into a lot more detail, I'll never go back there!
