  I had a horrible experience with them. I waited for 5 hours in the shop and left with more problems than I went in with. They damaged the side wall of two of my tires when they were putting in new valve stems. I mainly brought the truck there to get a patch on my tire because it had a nail in it. The patch job didn’t hold at all. I have to keep putting air in my tire every day. They also lost one of the screws to my after market wheels hub caps. I asked them to help me resolve these issues and have yet to hear anything back and it has been over a week now of waiting, calling the district manager, and also calling customer relations. This shop gave me more headaches than I went in with.

  Mr tire has professional and friendly guys. Even though they were extremely busy they were able to install my tire on a 19 inch rims. Fast service!
