  This was my visit visit at Mr. Tire and I can't say enough positive about this place! Fernando was great and very informative, I was in and out within a hour. Great customer service, I wasn't sold any additional service to my car that wasn't needed. Would definitely go back for future service!!

  Got a blow on the GSP and pretty much crawled to the exit off and was able to make it to Mr Tire on Rte 72 at 5 o’clock on a Saturday afternoon. Bill Turner was kind enough to let us although they were closing and promised to have the car ready Sunday morning and he kept his word. Got a new tire at a reasonable price and they even fixed the under carriage panel that had popped off as well. Great place!

  Dishonest con artists! They were able to get me in quickly for my urgent repair and seem to have sufficiently completed the repair I needed. However, they also tried to upsell me on multiple services that I clearly did not need. They even went as far as to remove my sticker saying when I needed my next oil change (in 2,500 miles or so) and then try to sell me an oil change. When I said no, they appear to have pulled the dirty sticker out of the trash and stuck it back on my windshield. Very dishonest!!! I cannot recommend them. They tried to take advantage of me. I feel deceived and robbed after leaving their shop, and that’s not the kind of place that I want to work with. I will never go there again and highly recommend to others to stay away from them.

  Rip-off artists! My son needed a front tire, so I told him to get both done, then they told him her needed REAR brakes before they even took off the front tires, and immediately replaced tear brake before my son could call me! Then they one front tire and said he needed brake caliper! Told my son maybe he needs both sides replaced. I told my son not to let them touch the car anymore! Don't know why they looked at rear brakes before changing front tires! Well, my son is a new driver and really doesn't much knowledge of care mechanics. Bought the car from his girlfriend, whose father rear brakes and tires are fairly new. So I believe the summer resort town was trying to get as much money as possible before summer is over! If I knew my son was going there, I would have went with him. Would have saved a few hundred dollars. Thank God I spoke to my son before they could do any more work. Got the two tires which he needed, and rear brakes which I doubt was needed. Live and learn 😔

  If I could leave zero starts I would. I am not from the NJ area and was on my way back to NY when I was with my 5 year old and my tire became flat and I somehow was able to stumble into the parking lot of Mr.Tire 17 minutes until closing to be greeted be a gentlemen who would not only not assist me I was actually begging him to help me because I had a 2 1/2 hour drive ahead of me and no where to go.. he didn’t care, proceeded to tell me that I could leave my car there until Monday when they would be able to further assist me. He did however sell me a tire, but would not put it on or mount it because they were closing in said 17 minutes. I give this place 0 stars . Awful customer service
