  The staff is friendly, courteous and informative. Nice clean office in part of a hotel is handy for visitors and turists. Nice choice of cars. Thank you Alyssa and Robert for your attention and professionalism.

  Appreciate Robert and the enterprise team at Mahwah for their service and accommodations. Always met with a smile when picking up / dropping off and are always able to answer all questions or address concerns.

  Outstanding customer service much more than the usual what you would expect from a car rental they went above and beyond to find me in the car that I wanted and the whole process was smooth and seamless would only come back here if I need a car in the future
