  This location takes customer service to the next level. For business and for personal purposes, I have been renting cars for over 3 decades. Because I try my best to be respectful & appreciative, 99% of the time, I get the same in return. So my renting experience generally is positive. But this location takes it to a different level. Every member of their staff, starting from the manager, Sam (always pleasant and full of energy), Andrew & everyone else is very professional, friendly and tries their best for you to have a positive experience. My 18-year-old son thinks this location is the GOAT :):):):) In my experience, treating people with respect usually gets you the same back — and that's especially true here. To sum it up, if you live in the vicinity or within driving distance from this location, rent it from here. Cars are clean, the type of car they offer you is honest based on your needs, and on top of everything, the level of customer service they provide you is unbelievable, especially after COVID times, when customer service is not as common as it used to be.
