This was my first time going to this location and they were awesome! They were short staffed and still got me out in a super quick time! The staff was friendly and communicated everything! I will continue to only use them for my oil changes!
- ACamanda covaleskiJul 16, 20263.0I went to have a headlight and tail light replaced, as well as an oil change. I couldn't remember which tail light at the time. All things were done. However, when it got dark that night I realized my tail light was still out. I returned the next day and it was replaced but it was then that I found out what they actually replaced was my license plate light. I understand mistakes are made but with the amount of times I had to turn my lights on and off its a bit annoying the tail light which I mentioned was missed. I would have expected to at least be discounted the price of the license plate light that I never asked for (and would have never agreed to changing if they mentioned it wasn't a tail light but in fact a license plate light). I was given a 20% discount for the inconvenience but that still didnt amount to the price I paid for the license plate light. I guess I just feel more should have been done for the wrong service being done and then the inconvenience of having to return to take care of it. That being said the staff was nice and friendly so no complaints there.
