  I have been coming to Valvoline for over 5 years for my oil changes and have generally been satisfied with the service. As most regular customers know, there are several routine checks and services that are typically performed during an oil change. During my most recent visit, those services were not completed. What was even more concerning was that when I reviewed my receipt, it stated that I had “refused” additional services. This information was entered by an employee named Sara. The problem is that Sara never asked me whether I wanted to decline any services. There was no conversation about refusing anything. To see that noted on my paperwork was disappointing and unprofessional. Customers trust that service records are accurate, and documenting that a customer refused services when no such discussion took place is unacceptable. I am a long-time customer, and this experience has caused me to question whether I should continue bringing my vehicle here. Whether this was a training issue, a misunderstanding, or simple carelessness, employees should be properly trained to communicate with customers and accurately document services performed. My advice to other customers is simple: carefully review your paperwork before leaving. Make sure the services you paid for were completed, verify what is included with your oil change, and ensure the information documented on your receipt is accurate. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers do not experience the same problem.

  If you care about your car please avoid this place , the assistant manager Bryce spilled motor oil all over my belt today 06/04/2026 told me to start my vehicle after he did this an had my belt screaming so I get out the car and this guy is assaulting me telling me to get back in my car pushing me when I went to the front of my hood to see why my car was sounding like this , he mentioned that he spilled a half quart of oil on my belt , I asked for a manager he said he was the manager , I asked for HR number and he refused to give it to me , highly unprofessional this is the second time this happen to me here ! This guy had the nerve to tell me that he should drain my oil and send me on my way , this is highly unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone my whole family and friends go here I’m gonna tell them not to ever return to this place valvoline these are the type of people you hire ? And represent your brand ?? This is not ok

  Very nice people, they explain what they are doing and what need to be done and you will be out in 15 to 25 mins

  This was my first time using Valvoline for an oil change and I was not disappointed. Mike talked me through everything. He and the other guys explained every step they took. I really appreciated their professionalism.
