I had a such a great experience here! Everyone was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly from start to finish. They made the entire process easy and stress free. Devin took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I was greeted by Cody at the front desk who was very friendly! The mechanic who worked on my car was super fast and diligent and made sure everything worked properly before everything was finalized. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!

This location definitely values customer service, quality of care & people who care about their customer’s well being. Cody & Matt went way above their normal duties in helping me out of a jam today. They were very understanding of my vehicle’s need for repair & really worked with me to come up with the best solution to my ongoing issue throughout the day. They even fought on my behalf with a dealership issue that could’ve been avoided had the right thing been done on that individuals behalf but nonetheless came through with the save of the day! Definitely recommend them, Devon & the rest of the local Mavis crew to anyone needing a well rounded place for a quality repair at a fare & reasonable price. Appreciate y’all for taking care of my family & I. I look forward to coming back as a repeat customer in the future!

i was in for service today and it would be nice if the general manager and his bearded companion didnt talk badly about me and my vehicle right by the waiting room windows while they stood at the desk in the shop. You know theres about ten other tire shops in a ten mile radius (2 of which are down the street). I look forward to NOT coming back to Mavis.
