I visited Mavis by the Deptford Mall because my tire kept losing air and my check engine light was on. The General Manager of the store Matt greeted me and said he will take a look. I can’t stress to you how amazing and kindhearted he is and always has been Everytime I go in. Matt is a perfect example of what it means to be a great asset to the Deptford Community! He isn’t your typical GM. He actually works with his crew. He doesn’t just sit back and watch them work. He is very hands all the time. This is for me the perfect example of what Leadership should look like. Thank you for your hard work and dedication

So a stressful situation became manageable very quickly, I was having trouble with my vehicle and was a nervous wreck, I googled new tires near me, and brought me to Mavis, went in and was greeted by a young man named Jon, he was very informative and calming said he would make the situation right, said not to worry and true to his word I was in and out in less than an hour, and wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it would be, I will definitely be visiting this mechanic shop again if needed(knock on wood).
