Matt and Devon found a solution to an issue with the brakes we just had installed and heard a noise brought it into them. They were able to find the parts needed, had them delivered to their shop within 20 minutes, checked over the rest of the vehicle, found another issue. They fixed that one as well. About an hour and half later, vehicle was ready. Thank you Matt and Devon.

First time at this location. I had a great experience, though we had a few bumps overall experience was great. Devin and John are awesome, along with the whole team. They worked very hard to take care of not only me but a few surprise customers with some big issues. The Team was always courteous, informative, and fair. I never felt pressured to buy anything and they're truly a staff who cares about the customer. So far, this is my 2nd Mavis location I've used and both times were great experiences. It's always appreciated when you're treated with such respect and care and people go above and beyond for the customers.
