  Going here for years but I must say I've noticed service decline and wait times significantly increased. Just this past Saturday, took my truck for a wash and elected the Deluxe package that was supposed to cover the inside. Got home to a floor mat that looked like this - clearly not touched. After ~$35 charge I would've expected better. My time is too precious to have to go back (and prob wait in a huge line).

  Prices are up and service is way down. This is the second time I’ve gone here and it’s just as bad as first time and will be my last. Not only is not the car not vacuumed, the exterior of the car was half-dried and still covered in water as I drove away. Attached a few photos of interior. My wife canceled her monthly membership on month 2 because of the same experience.

  Paid almost $40 for Deluxe plus wash including tax. Car was out in less than 2 min, not sure they did all the services that were listed. The exterior of the car after the wash and wipe down has many dust spots that I could see but the staff that doing the wipe seemed not to notice. I could feel the dust/ dirt as I scrubbed my hand on several places. Also the door and boot was not wiped cleanly and the staff seem to be doing a dis interested job that was finished in 20 seconds. Overall very poor experience and will not return. A long term chatham resident who was regular at this place with previous owners
