  Yuri at the Front Desk does a great job! She is very customer-focused, extremely polite and always very pleasant. I’ve visited multiple Team Car Wash locations and Yuri is the best! We’re so happy visiting the Madison location and plan to make this location our home. Please pass along our gratitude to Yuri for a job well done! Keep it up

  I’ve been going to this car wash for years. There was a recent change in management and I was happy to see they kept the staff. Cold, warm, or hot weather, they’ve always been very attentive to detail during each car wash. Efren, an employee I see each time I visit is always kind and goes the extra mile. It’s always nice to drive out from the car wash and feel good about your vehicle. This is of course thanks to all who work here. Thank you all.

  Great service, clean car, ALWAYS!!!! The Madison location is top notch, Judy and the rest of the crew are the best!!!!!! Strongly recommend using the Madison Team Car Wash. The monthly subscription is a must, for all car owners, all year round!!!!! It's absolutely worth it!!!

  Im sorry to say but the old owners did a way better job and where more reasonably priced. Car was not dried properly and had water marks all over it. Looked dirtier than before. Also had to wait for the guy to apply tire shine on all four of the tires for 5 minutes. Previously, tire shine was applied while the car was being dried. For almost forty dollars. This is a no go

  I have been coming here a long time and I have had enough. For 40 dollars plus tip, I expect floor mats to be put in correctly. Also, no effort whatsoever into cleaning the back of the front seat where kids leave smudges. One whipe and it would have been gone. And the "contact us" on the website, yielded no response. The photo was taken immediately after rhe service.
