    I have used Enterprise for nearly 2 decades. Extremely poor customer service which ended in me going with a different rental company. Disrespectful, unhelpful, barely made eye contact because they were watching the soccer game on their phone. Assured me my booking was cancelled after the negative experience…only to find out through a follow up phone call to the main phone number that it had not been cancelled. Lost a long time customer due to employees that shouldn’t work there. Disappointed

    Due to my car getting fixed I had to pick up a rental for a few days. From the minute I walked in the business to me dropping the car off it was a great experience. The asian gentleman That helped me was very nice and his customer service skills are a A+ . I was in and out both times in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this location if you need to rent a car and its close by .

    Horrible system. Created a reservation and paid for an uber to pick up and was told they have ZERO vehicles available. They should update their systems to better assist customer with accurate information
