  Got into an accident progressive through enterprise gave me a rental. they picked me up from my house and took me there to pick up my the car a really nice jeep compass so far I am very happy though I will update this review when I bring it back

  Let's talk about customer service at this location. WOW! Kayla was an absolute all-star, helping me lock down the exact Sprinter needed to haul our gear and a visiting band from Texas. After booking online, I called to follow up. Kayla informed me the 12-seater passenger van I originally picked wouldn't have enough cargo space, but she immediately offered to call around and find a solution. The very next day, she called back having located the perfect vehicle for our East Coast tour. Top notch service! We were all extremely comfortable, with the gear neatly packed away leaving plenty of space to relax and even sleep on those long drives after the gigs. This is my third tour using Enterprise, and they never disappoint. Thank you, Kayla, for going above and beyond, you’ve warmed our cold, heavy metal hearts!

  From the moment I picked up the vehicle, the service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, making the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. Their excellent communication and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out and set the tone for a great experience. The Chevy Tahoe itself exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for both city driving and longer trips. The interior felt upscale, with plenty of room for passengers and luggage, making it an excellent choice for families or group travel. The ride was smooth and quiet, and the Tahoe handled remarkably well for a full-size SUV. I especially appreciated the comfortable seating, modern technology features, and powerful performance. It provided a confident and enjoyable driving experience throughout my trip. Overall, this was an exceptional rental experience. The combination of outstanding customer service and a well-maintained, comfortable Chevy Tahoe made for a five-star experience. I would gladly rent from them again and highly recommend both the vehicle and the company to others.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Erik. After experiencing a frustrating morning dealing with a few different Enterprise locations, I arrived feeling disappointed and stressed. Erik immediately turned the entire experience around. Although the issues I had encountered were not his responsibility, he took the time to listen, showed genuine empathy, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved and that we left completely satisfied. His professionalism, kindness, patience, and commitment to exceptional customer service were truly outstanding. I would gladly travel out of my way to rent from this location again. Thank you, Erik, for your incredible assistance and for setting such a high standard for customer service. You are a tremendous asset to Enterprise.
