I'm still satisfied overall with Miller and a couple weeks I left a review with high praise, but I am a little inconvenienced by them this time. Suggestion for customers: If you plan to keep your existing tags, make sure to repeat multiple, multiple times that is what you want and perhaps make them show you where they checked off that box. I told my salesperson and the manager that I wanted to keep my old tags. However, they ordered me new tags. Now I have to drive an hour round trip to pick up tags and a registration that are not good. On top of that, now I have to go to the DMV on a Saturday to switch everything over to what I had requested. :( :(

I’ll be honest. I’m not a huge fan of Subarus because of all the issues I’ve had with mine.
After multiple visits to another location where I was told nothing was wrong or I’d just need to replace this and that.. I was pretty frustrated cause my car kept having issues.
Samuel Resnick in services completely changed my experience. He’s the ONLY agent who actually listened to me and made sure my car was truly looked at. The real issue has now been found and fixed.
Honestly, Samuel isn’t even a salesperson but if he were the one selling me another Subaru, I’d probably buy another one. That’s how much confidence I have in his honesty and professionalism. Ask for him if you need any services done. Thanks Samuel!

This month I had to unexpectedly purchase a different vehicle after my current one (also a Miller purchase 10 years ago) was totaled in a hit and run. It was already a stressful situation due to the little time insurance gave me for a covered rental car and then 3 days after purchasing a 2017 vehicle something broke and I couldn't open my driver side door from the outside. Miller was not legally obligated to cover this repair because I bought the car "as is." However, they graciously fixed it in good faith (and fixed it in a short amount of time), showing that they are a business that cares about their customer satisfaction. I'm glad I chose Miller to purchase from again. Thank you!

Lisa at the Service Counter was extremely rude and condescending both times I had the displeasure of speaking with her.
Edit: added two stars because the actual service was good and the guy who checked me out was pleasant.

Franks the salesman was good Wish I could of gotten a car from them but no one in finance at 4 to get paperwork done so I went over to a different dealer and was out the door in 2 hours with a new car
