  Probably one of the worse locations to even bother making a reservation for a car since a reservation doesn't matter or even guarantee it will be honored in anyvway. My car is being repaired so I made an online reservation on Thursday afternoon and I have yet to receive a vehicle or even a call regarding my reservation. In addition to that, I had to contact the location to follow up. Poor customer service, did not offer any other solution but to call another location-to which I could not get to as they provided no assistance for pick up. When asked "How am I supposed to get there, his response was, I don't know." Not sure what the point is to make a reservation as they offered no alternative car, could not tell me when and if they would have a car available and provided no other solution but to call other enterprise locations that are not located near me. Such poor customer service, unprofessional, and frankly lazy. As of right now, I am going into Saturday with a reservation made Thursday afternoon and still no car, no call and no update. Absolutely never encountered such terrible customer service.

  I’ve rented from them so many times and they were always great, but the one time they aren’t going to have the vehicle I needed for my trip, they suddenly don’t have a phone number on my account. I show up and they only offer me a car that will not work for me and refuse to let me rent anything else. With a little notice I probably could have found something elsewhere. Not sure how they manage to call and confirm my rental for every other reservation, and their customer service can see my phone number…. But when I ask them why they didn’t call and warn me the one time there is a problem they claim there is no number. The current crew there is full of excuses and lies. I would’ve paid just about anything to get into a vehicle that would work…. It was an important trip.. but they were too afraid I was gonna ask for a discount on something expensive to let me take anything else. I have pictures of what they had that night and all weekend they wouldn’t rent to me… lucky for them getting ahold of anyone at corporate is apparently impossible.

  Awesome customer service, staff knowledgeable and friendly, would definitely use enterprise again.
