  I'm used to my valveline in Rochelle Park, but I was close to this one and I knew I was overdue for an oil change. So I thought I'd give it a try. They didn't show me my clean dipstick, they didn't show me my new oil filter before they put it in, I waited 40 minutes for one car. To get service, that was all that was in front of me, one car. And then when it came to me, you know, it seemed way too casual, not as professional as I would have liked as my Rochelle Park that bellinis is, I'll never go back there again, I wasted 4 times what it would have taken in Rochelle Park waiting for them. To get to me. I think you guys provide a great service.But it really depends on what location you go to\nLike , I said , half of the things that they're supposed to do , they didn't do leaving me wondering if they did it correctly

  Joey, Isaiah, Ram, and Donald are fantastic. I think about getting my oil changed every day just to see them. Management pay these guys more please.

  I will never recommend the Lodi Valvoline to anyone. I was told my transmission fluid, radiator fluid and air filter were all bad and changed me but they didn’t do anything on my car. I was really disappointed

  I called the location first and was told Everything included, air filter, etc, I get to the location and was told I was misinformed by the person on the phone, they were at home answering calls and I was misinformed. I felt like I was being lied to and scammed. I truly didn't appreciate it.
