  This is my favorite Valvoline location. Every time I come here for my oil change it's always done well and the technicians are knowledgeable about what their doing, they also recommend other service I might need to keep my car in tip top shape!!!

  Easily the worst valvoline I’ve ever been to. Have had multiple negative experiences here, like them updating my car before the service and then not being able to complete said service making my data inaccurate, staff asking me questions about my sexuality, them not tightening everything properly and causing my car to LEAK oil (and resulting in me having to pay for ANOTHER oil change 2.5 months early), and most recently them telling me they couldn’t preform an oil change bc I needed to go to a mechanic for a new gasket (???) only for a different location to be able to do everything less than an hour later. This location is not worth the convenience of a car wash being right there. Staff is not knowledgeable or helpful and just wants to sell air filters (which I change myself bc I’m not an idiot who’s gonna pay $50 for 2 min of work). This location should be shut down as I know multiple people who have had similar or the same experiences here. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

  DO NOT recommend coming here for an oil change. These are young kids who do not know what they’re doing and damage your car. After my oil change they failed to screw back on my undercarriage shield resulting in it coming off while I was on the highway and damaged it. The next person who changed my oil said my car was left a mess. It’s NOT WORTH IT. Go to a real mechanic and avoid this incompetent business.

  I have been coming to this location several times in the past, and whenever I had an oil change, the employees would normally top off the windshield washer fluid as part of the service. This time, the employee appeared to add fluid for only a few seconds. After the oil change was completed, I specifically asked if the windshield washer fluid had been added, and I was told that it had. However, after turning my car off and starting it again, I still received the low windshield washer fluid warning. I went back and asked about it, and I was then told that they did not have windshield washer fluid available and that they had only added water. I was also told that adding too much water could damage my windshield wiper system and that I should purchase washer fluid from another store and add it myself. I completely understand if a service is unavailable. If you are out of windshield washer fluid, simply tell the customer before or during the service. I would have had no issue with that. What I find disappointing is being told that the service was performed when it apparently was not.
