  Attentive Service - Teddy & Joana was the one who helped me at the front desk. Attentive, simple and quick service. I do not remember the name of other gentleman who helped us getting back home since we had 2 kids with us. Overall, very pleasant and satisfied with the service they provided.

  Teddy at the Lodi Enterprise location provided exceptional customer service during my recent rental experience. I was dealing with an insurance claim, which can be a stressful process, and Teddy went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. He worked closely with my insurance adjuster and took the time to ensure I was comfortable with the rental vehicle before I left. Rather than simply handing me the keys, he made sure my questions were answered and that I felt confident and taken care of throughout the process. His professionalism, patience, and genuine concern for the customer experience truly stood out. Teddy turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive one, and he is a tremendous asset to Enterprise. I highly recommend working with him.

  Recently rented a car from here and they were amazing. I specifically worked with Joanna and she was extremely helpful. She was able to work with me on a car that I wanted in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a vehicle.

  The employees at the Lodi Enterprise location were very professional and courteous. However, my overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. I spent more than 30 minutes on the phone trying to get approval for a comparable rental vehicle. The vehicle being repaired through Geico is a small SUV, yet I was initially offered a sedan. The Lodi office then arranged for me to go to the Paterson location to pick up a small SUV. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the vehicle was not ready. It was filthy inside and had a strong cigarette odor. I requested that it be cleaned, but it appeared that it was only given a quick wash without proper attention to the interior and exterior of the car. The windshield was also disgustingly dirty and affected visibility. I was about to leave but had to return and ask for the vehicle to be cleaned again. The entire process took so long that I missed an important work meeting. I have rented from Enterprise many times and have always had positive experiences, which is why this situation was so surprising. The condition of the vehicle was unacceptable, and the level of service at the Paterson location fell far below the standards I have come to expect from Enterprise. While I appreciate the professionalism of the Lodi staff, the rental vehicle should have been properly cleaned, prepared, and ready for pickup before a customer arrives.
