    My Father and I had a wonderful experience working with Andres Pineda and Sebastian! Both of them were extremely helpful and made my experience of buying a first car lovely. Andres always made sure to check in on our feelings regarding the car, as well as take us on a test drive multiple times. He was also very knowledgeable about payments, and the car itself. Both were extremely flexible, kind, and patient, answering all of our questions. They let us take our time when we had to make a decision and made sure to work with what feels best and right to us. I am extremely grateful for the beautiful car and such a great first experience with Toyota, and their sales team. Thank you so much!! ☺️

    I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Tacoma from Toyota Universe, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience thanks to Ariel Alvarez. From the very beginning, Ariel was honest, sincere, and genuinely had my best interests in mind. He went above and beyond by working with multiple managers and fighting to get me the right deal instead of just trying to make a sale. That level of dedication and transparency is hard to find.     Very disappointing experience. I spoke with Meekah over the phone before visiting the dealership. I specifically asked about the vehicle I was interested in, and she told me there were two available on the lot that day. She also quoted me a price and informed me that, as a recent college graduate, I would qualify for an additional $500 graduate discount. After confirming these details multiple times and being encouraged to come in for an even better offer, I drove over an hour from New York to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was handed off to another salesperson. When we went outside to view the two vehicles I had been told were in stock, the salesperson was unable to locate either one. I was then informed that one vehicle might arrive today or tomorrow, while the other would not be available for approximately three weeks. What was most frustrating was the amount of time wasted. It took nearly an hour just to receive pricing information, with the salesperson repeatedly going back and forth between me and the manager. When the manager finally came out, he informed me that no discounts could be applied to the vehicle whatsoever, directly contradicting the information I had been given before making the trip to the dealership. At that point, I was again told that the vehicle might be arriving tomorrow. The entire experience felt disorganized, misleading, and disrespectful of my time. I drove a significant distance based on information that turned out to be inaccurate regarding both vehicle availability and pricing incentives. Instead of a straightforward sales process, I was met with confusion, conflicting information, and lengthy delays. I left extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and the lack of transparency. Between the inaccurate information, the inability to locate the vehicles I was told were in stock, and the refusal to honor the pricing discussed beforehand, the trip was a complete waste of time and gas. Do not be deceived by the Google reviews. My experience was nothing like what the ratings suggest. I was given inaccurate information about inventory, promised discounts that were later denied, and spent hours at the dealership with nothing to show for it. If you decide to visit, get all pricing, incentives, and vehicle availability confirmed in writing beforehand.

    This was my preferred service center in NJ for years, but my experience with them over the past year has been less than satisfactory. I had to basically check a service advisor last time I was there because he was telling me that I needed a service that I had done there a few months prior that costs over $200 and definitely should not have been needed again for a while. So they were going to charge me hundreds of dollars extra for a service that had already been performed and paid for if I hadn't caught the "error". It makes me wonder how many other services I paid for that I didn't actually need at the time. Then to top it off, they've been harassing me the past 2 or so months with calls, texts, emails, and voicemails trying to pressure me to come in for service right away, and no matter how many times I tell them to stop, they keep doing it. I almost got into an argument with the representative on the phone today because I had responded to them twice before asking for them to stop and instead of just respecting my wishes and my rights, she tried to argue with me, until I just hung up. Then she still proceeded to send me the same text that I had just blatantly told her to stop sending. Genuinely, what is wrong with your employees?

    Be careful!! Do not go here! Deeply disrespectful of my time and tried to sell me a broken car without concessions. The Carfax review of the vehicle was clearly wrong and had unreported incidents. The dealer did not mention any faults in their listing. Firstly, I made an appoint to see a vehicle ~90 mins before I arrived. Within those 90 mins and my 40 min drive, the car I had an appointment for was sold and I wasn’t told until I arrived. I watched the car I wanted to purchase driving around the lot as I toured with the salesmen… not a good feeling. Next, this dealer tried to sell me a car missing a chunk from its rim near the tire wall, then refused to discount the vehicle for a repair or do an internal repair when I asked. Every mechanic I went to with this photo said it needs replacement, everyone except the salesmen. The car also had a low tire pressure warning, I offered to stop to fill up the tire before the test-drive but the salesmen said to ignore it. This car I went on a test drive in did not have working AC, despite being a newer 2026 model with low mileage. Carguru says they’ve held the car for over 2 months, it’s pretty amazing they haven’t noticed and fixed the broken AC after 2 months of holding it. They clearly do not check their cars with much depth despite charging a $199 additional “vehicle protection program” fee for doing so. Ironic they are the only dealer I’ve gone to that charges this and yet has so many problems. Even more ridiculous update: I returned to the dealer again after they promised a better experience in a follow-up appointment. They increased the price of a used Mazda hatchback from the advertised $25,000 to $38,000 during the financing discussion. Completely insane. Even so, I don’t regret going because I got to tell a father and son looking at the same car to stay far away. At least I helped someone avoid the same fate.
