  Very informative and professional from the moment I scheduled my service appointment through the completion of my visit. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly, checked in efficiently, and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. One thing I really appreciate about McGuire's service department in Little Falls is that they usually have appointments available for routine maintenance and basic service, making it much more convenient than other dealerships that often have long scheduling wait times. Overall, it was a smooth and positive service experience

  The ease of communication with Mary was what made this service visit. Definitely going to be using your service dept exclusively going forward to keep my 2013 on the road for another god-willing 250k miles

  Employees were nice but it’s just not a trustworthy experience. Spent $250 for them to “look” at my truck and didn’t even get a real diagnostic report. What they told me was the problem wasn’t the actual issue. Quoted double the price for parts than I can get through GMs part store….

  I recently purchased what is now my 7th YukonXL since 1997, though it was the first time I had ever been to McGuire Buick GMC. The vehicle remains the best in class and I found that of all the dealers I have purchased from, my experience with Sarah Baker at McGuire was best in class as well. Preparation, attention to detail, product knowledge and an authentic and engaging personality make Sarah a special person and an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, everything was easy and straightforward, even my time with Joe in finance was amazing. Hard to believe but absolutely true. It's clear these people love what they do, they appreciated my patronage and treated me with the utmost of respect. Finally, I would be remiss if I did not thank Renee for making sure I was well taken care of and for assembling such a great team. Oh, and did I mention that I love my new YukonXL. There's nothing out there like it.
