  We went to McGuire GMC to look at trucks. Immediately fell in love with one and the process of getting it was even better thanks to Sarah! She was amazing to work with each step of the way. Anyone looking for a GMC or Buick should go see her!

They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.   Awful service,They had my truck for 10 weeks and no updates and completely lied every time I went down there to check on my truck and when I called was told it was being worked on I went down to confirm it was sitting in the same spot where it was dropped off by the tow truck very unprofessional I will never go or buy from this dealership again, very dishonest and when it comes to warranty work they don’t care at all the service manager must get a spiff on what they sell this is the worst experience I ever had with a dealership

  I recently purchased a 2026 Buick Envision Sport Touring from McGuire Buick in Little Falls, NJ, and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. A special thank you to my sales representative, Sarah Baker, who was fantastic every step of the way. She was responsive, patient with my questions, and worked hard to get me a deal I was genuinely happy with. She made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. I'd highly recommend McGuire Buick, and Sarah in particular, to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Great dealership, great people, and a great car.

  I had an outstanding experience with the Buick dealership and could not be more satisfied with the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive. The service department made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. I would especially like to recognize Sergio, my Service Advisor, for providing exceptional customer service. Sergio was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful throughout my entire visit. He took the time to clearly explain everything regarding my vehicle, kept me informed throughout the service process, and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I never felt rushed or left wondering about the status of my vehicle. It is not always easy to find a dealership where you feel that your vehicle and your time are genuinely respected, but Sergio and the Buick service team exceeded my expectations. The communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were excellent from beginning to end. I highly recommend this Buick dealership to anyone looking for dependable, professional, and high-quality service.
