Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Great experience. Blew a tire on the highway. Super stressful situation. Called Mavis, Kaclejah put my mind at ease right away. Ryan and the crew had my trailer off the wrecker and into the shop like a nascar pit crew. Had me back on the road and back in business straight away. Cant thank them enough

Needed a tire balance and alignment so I made a morning appointment here at Mavis. Honestly, I didn’t think I’d have enough time to get this done and rush to work, but Jermaine and Jerimiah were sure to take care of my grandfathers car in time for me to leave for work. Great service, super efficient and extremely knowledgeable of any car issues I need taken care of. Thank you so much team!!

I shopped around to four or five different tire installers in the area to have new tires installed on my ram pick up truck. The price I got from everyone included installation as did my phone call with Mavis. $500 per tire 🛞 INSTALLED was the agreed-upon price. When I went to go pick the truck up, they charged me extra for installation. Because I didn’t look at the bill before I tapped my phone. I now have to fight this with my credit card company.
Total scammers.
UPDATE: called their number below and it accomplished absolutely nothing.

This is by far the worst place I have ever taken a car. They were more than happy to tell me everything they thought was wrong with my vehicle, but when I asked what I should do next, the mechanic literally chuckled and told me to go somewhere else that works on my type of car. That was the extent of the "help" I received. No recommendations, no guidance, no effort to point me in the right direction just a dismissive response and an attitude that made it clear they didn't care.
The mechanic was also extremely rude and unprofessional. He talks down to customers, speaks negatively about them to their faces, and then continues talking about them behind their backs when they leave. It was shocking to see someone treat paying customers with such little respect.
If you're looking for customer service, professionalism, or even basic courtesy, look elsewhere. This business wasted my time and left me with more questions than answers. I would never return and would not recommend it to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The first time I came to this location was in the summer of 2025 to get my tires changed, and I had a great experience. The staff member who assisted me was kind, efficient, and very helpful. I really appreciated his attentiveness which was a big part of why I continued coming back. I haven’t seen him in some time, so I’m not sure if he still works at this location.
I’ve been returning ever since and recommended family and friends to come here because the staff has generally been very kind and helpful and has consistently provided great customer service.
However, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing due to one mechanic in particular. His attitude is consistently disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. He openly speaks negatively about customers within earshot, which is honestly shocking and uncomfortable to witness as a customer myself.
There was even a time I came in and the only person who actually helped me was John, who works at the Parsippany Mavis location and just happened to be at the Little Falls location that day. He took the time to explain everything clearly, treated me with respect, and even referred me to a highly recommended mechanic, which is something I should have been able to expect from the regular staff. Unfortunately, that has not been the case, and it is not too much to ask for.
When asking questions or trying to understand what’s going on with my car, this particular mechanic makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing him. It creates a very unwelcoming environment and completely takes away from the otherwise positive experiences I’ve had here.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed, because the difference in professionalism is very noticeable.
