I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire, and I especially want to recognize Diwyonn for the excellent customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood what was needed for my vehicle.
It’s not often you come across someone who takes this much pride in helping customers. Diwyonn went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding service. Had prompt, honest and friendly service from Ryan and his team at Mavis Little Falls. Was able to drop my vehicle off on a night they were open a bit later. When dropping the car off, Ryan saw to it that my brakes were diagnosed before they closed and was nice enough to call me to let me know. Honest about what was needed and what could be done. No pressure, very fair pricing and the car was repaired before noon the next day. Brakes working great and would return for more repairs if needed. Highly recommend.

Where do i start , what started as a bad day quickly turned around when I visited the mavis in little falls where I was greeted with a smile and a hello. They not only looked at my vehicle free of charge (although I needed repairs) but actually explained what and why using the pictures on the wall. Huge thumbs up and thanks again 10/10
