The new manager (Matt B) went above & beyond to make my rental experience more than satisfactory last week. I had specific needs for a vehicle & Matt made sure that vehicle was waiting for me when I arrived last week. Eddie was also very helpful & a nice guy. I’ll def be choosing Enterprise for future rentals because of customer svc like this.

We had a booked and confirmed reservation for a tranist van taking children to Florida on the day we were to pick up the car we were told they over booked and canceled leaving family's and children stranded. They were beyond rude and hung up the phone. As part of the community we are saddened and outraged that they would do this to family's and children who had a planned vacation and a confirmed reservation. I woud strongly suggest NEVER USING THIS LOCATION.. BEYOND RUDE. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY RUINED SEVERAL CHILDREN'S AND FAMILY'S PLANS WITH ZERO REMORSE AND WERE BEYOND RUDE WHEN CONFRONTED FOR THERE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND OVER BOOKING. I NEVER LEFT A REVIEW LIKE THIS. BUT WANT THE COMMUNITY TO KNOW NEVER EVER TRUST THIS PLACE

In fact, he consistently seems inconvenienced whenever someone needs additional assistance. It's really disappointing to see that level of customer service. I hope management takes steps to improve the experience because customers deserve to feel welcomed and valued.
