- RLRJ Lee2 days ago1.0Use these people at your own risk. Went in for a full synthetic oil change. Couldn’t get an answer on how much it would cost. They took it in and tried to upsell me a battery and some other bs to the tune of $759. I told them no and to just do the oil change. I ONLY WENT there because on their website they offer $20 off the service. Get the bill and surprisingly a labor cost was added for guess how much… $20. The shop foreman tries to play the good goop and act like he is helping you out. Heard him upsell two other customers while I was sitting there about brakes that WERE DONE THERE! I then called customer service and they, with no knowledge of my vehicle or how much I should have been charged, tried to tell me that I was charged the right amount. Absolutely terrible across the board. Will never go or recommend them to anyone ever again.

Very, very helpful staff especially Caden, and all very customer oriented. Nice waiting room but we were only there for 5 minutes while we got a new tire. Good prices and fast service. Can't say enough good things about this place!
