1 star. Paid for new tire installation and computer balancing, then found an old wheel weight still half-attached to one of the wheels. They didn’t even clean off the old adhesive residue.
If a shop can’t properly remove old weights and clean the wheel before balancing, it makes you question the quality of the whole job. Very sloppy work for a professional tire shop.

I had stopped coming here because there was a really rude manager you had. I really needed my oil changed on 8/19/26 I went next door to buy something I went to the window of Mavis saw new face and then I was happy I joked around with Danny for a few it was busy then Brennon took care of the rest because it was busy that day the guys were polite and helpful. RAHBINE did my oil change and today I went back because I needed something else looked at Danny (poor guy) had to hear a whole car story took it like a champ and got Brandon i believe was his name to help me out .. thank you Mavis in Linden for getting things in order now you have my business again..

Went it to get a tire patched. After they tell me my car won't stsrt because the battery is bad. I told them I never had a problem with the battery and to jump the battery they said we jumped it but still won't start and tried to sell me a battery for $400. I looked it up and found the battery was $100 everywhere else. They said sure but how are you going to get the car out to get that battery. I told them to put it in neutral and roll it out on the road and I'll get the battery and install it myself. After tgat the car mysteriously turned on and they kept saying don't turn it off it won't turn on again. I drove to my mechanic and told him what they told me he said the battery is a little on the older side but works fine and will probably last 6 months easy. He demonstrated by turning it on and off and even killed the engine and let the car lights sit on for a few minutes on battery power. So these guys basically tried to scam me for $400

I had a great experience here today! 1 that changed the whole trajectory of my day. I was greeted by a young man who had not only great charismatics & mannerism but also a smile that can light up a room! Literally, I mean like his smile was handcrafted and made frm Jesus Christ himself. I was not able to get his name but I did purchase him a pink frosting donut while I stopped at the nearby Dunkin’ Donuts while waiting for my car to get serviced which was also a1 & 5-star service. That young man reminded me of a grandson I’ve sadly never had, people like him make the world go around seriously it’s the little things that count and matter to me. Ima longtime customer & I’ve always had good experiences @ Mavis but this one was much different & special. Bless his heart & give him a raise he really made my day thanks again young man with the bright smile.
