- EGEmily GAug 3, 20261.0SCAM ALERT!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Beyond awful and unprofessional experience. We spent hours in the office going over numbers and agreeing on a price, then were presented with a contract containing $5000 dollars in unwanted add-ons, including a $3,750 OPTIONAL warranty and another $1300 OPTIONAL GAP coverage which we never agreed upon and was clearly marked OPTIONAL in the contract. When we asked for these OPTIONAL add ons to be removed from the contract before signing, we were told they were “required”. After questioning it, we were suddenly told the car had been “mispriced” and that honoring the original price meant keeping the add-ons, which is complete and utter BS. The entire process was EXTREMELY unprofessional and incredibly dishonest, If the terms of your deal keep changing once you’re in the finance office, that’s a huge red flag. Do not fall for their scamming bs.
