I seen the car listed on Thursday , I get a call from Duane Friday morning, we talk and I agree to do an application . Within an hour Chris has crunched the numbers and had a bank make me an offer for less than what I had asked. I accept, now it’s Saturday morning I’ve driven the car, signed ALL the necessary paperwork and I’m driving off the lot in less than an hour and a half. Of course I do what I have to do before I get to The dealership but I’m just blown away that this process didn’t take all day. Thank you, Volvo Of Princeton job well done ! I’m another happy customer!!!
- KWKevin WerbelJun 27, 20265.0Purchased the 25 XC40 certified back in January. First month the radiator got replaced. 2 months later the car read 12 V battery and died on the NJ TPK . One month later same problem came up again 12 V battery. At this point went back and talked with Yosef. Technically this car would fall under the lemon law. However that would take months in dealing with corporate and attorneys-plus I’d be without a car. Yosef agreed to give us another comparable car for no additional cost!. Now that’s standing by your product and putting the customer first. A trait that’s hard to find these days. The car feels and drives great and I would highly recommend this dealership
