  I am incredibly disappointed about my experience at this Volvo and with Volvo in general. If I could rate it 0 stars I probably would. I do not trust this dealership, they do not take care of their customers post sale, and they will do anything to make a sale. My experience was so bad I requested to speak to ownership and was told they’d give me a call and I never received a follow up call. They refused to give me a public corporate number and strung me along for hours. They gave me a terrible rate on my car, didn’t offer a warranty package, and I’ve had nothing but issues with my car mechanically. I finally went to the Toyota dealership next door, they gave me a great deal on my new car, offered me a warranty package, and were so kind and helpful. I will never buy a Volvo again and am extremely sad and disappointed because I used to love Volvo and swore I’d be a lifelong customer.

  I have bought 3 cars and always went along with my Dad growing up when he bought new cars. My experience at Volvo of Princeton was the most pleasant car-buying experience of my life — Gabi made the entire process extremely smooth and was very accommodating (we had our baby with us). Chris also did a wonderful job with the financing. 12/10, highly recommended this dealership.

  Had a fantastic experience purchasing a car here. The entire team made the process straightforward, transparent, and completely pressure-free from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Alex, who took the time to answer all my questions, walk through the vehicle’s features, and ensure the numbers were clear before signing anything. No games, no hidden surprises. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle

  I chose Volvo Cars Princeton because the reviews were better than the Volvo dealerships closer to me, even though it’s about a 90-minute drive each way. I arrived at 9:22 AM for my September 19 appointment and didn’t leave until around 1:30 PM after a simple oil change. I did appreciate the $50 coupon for the long wait, but my bigger issue was what I found after I got home. The inspection report raised concerns about the front wipers, exterior lighting, warning lights, and all four tires. Other than a brief mention of one tire, none of it was really reviewed with me while I was there. The report itself is also not very clear about what was actually found versus what is just part of the inspection template, so I left trying to figure out on my own what actually needs attention. After driving an hour and a half each way and spending about four hours at the dealership, I left with more concerns about the car than I had when I arrived. I’ve reached back out to give them the opportunity to properly review everything with me, explain the inspection findings, and address anything that actually needs service. My main complaint is the lack of communication and the fact that the inspection was not clearly reviewed with me before I left.

  The Service Team is very professional and provides options for both routine and emergency service visits. Danielle and Emerson have helped us several times this year, as well as Laura and Robert. Thanks to the Service Team and the Long family for running such a great dealership focused on safety and performance. I have been a longtime customer for our 30 years and highly recommend them.
